We moved from Arizona to Tennessee in Oct of 25. We had an amazing experience with Colonial Van Lines from start to finish all professional the estimated price was right on the truck driver was awesome the loaders and unloading went perfect we had no damage. Our pick up and delivery went off exactly as planned. Using Colonial Van Lines was the right decision it took the stress out of the move we couldn’t be happier. Smooth moving experience
Colonial Van Lines gave us a smooth wonderful moving experience. My son moved his belongings from an elevator building in Massachusetts to a storage unit in Florida. Colonial arrived as planned and delivered everything safely. Their communication was great.

I recently hired Colonial Van Lines for a long-distance move, and I’m very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency from start to finish. From the first phone call, their customer service team was clear, friendly, and transparent about pricing and scheduling. They explained every step of the process so there were no surprises along the way.
On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and handled all my belongings with great care. They were well-organized, polite, and clearly experienced — wrapping furniture, labeling boxes, and loading the truck quickly but carefully. Everything arrived at my new home in perfect condition and right on schedule.
What I appreciated most was their consistent communication throughout the move. They kept me updated during transport and confirmed delivery details in advance, which made the entire experience stress-free.

Colonial Van Lines did a great job with my move. They arrived on time, delivered at the front end of the delivery window, and the men on the job took great care in packing and protecting my belongings. I moved from Texas to Florida and everything arrived safely and in one piece. I didn't lose a single dish! They were also very generous about helping me get everything placed in my new home. Five star service!

I recently used Colonial Van Lines to move from Louisiana to Utah. They gave me the best moving experience I could ever ask for. They called me everyday to check in with me and they gave me details every second along the way to make me feel safe with entrusting my belongings with them. But even set up someone to help move my vehicle for me as well. I get five stars all around and I recommend them to anyone who's looking to move!

DO NOT give them your phone number OR email! You will be getting constant spam for the rest of your life. You can't even block the emails because they all come from different users (all with very made-up sounding names). This is such a huge red flag, it's incredibly scammy

Very disappointed. My experience was very very bad. Movers just dumped the boxes and furniture in my living room. They did not assemble the furniture. Broke a lot of my stuff. The movers cussed at me when I asked them to take the furniture upstairs. They started extorting too asking for more money. Would never ever recommend them.
Update: No resolution yet. I am planning to take them to small claims court to recoup my damages.

Lied, lied, lied. I have an independent contractor picking up my stuff everything I told him was on the list. He admitted they asked me if I had glass table top. I said yes, I do. They asked me if there was a mirror on my dresser, I said yes there is Mover gets here and says oh yeah we have to charge to wrap those worst company, I ever dealt with and they just don’t care they made it very clear. They just don’t care.

I’d give them zero, and intend to pursue them legally. This is the worst mover - don’t hire them if you care about your things, but more importantly don’t hire them if you care about customer service and about how they treat you. They are disrespectful, dishonest, negligent and plain unprofessional. They will do wrong by you while giving you lip service.
Keep away from them like you would the plague.

Do not ever think about using this absolutely awful moving company. Upon booking a month in advance, we were giving 2 pickup dates only to be told (literally a day before) that they would not honor either of those dates. Then we were told to basically deal with it and were giving 0 compensation. Mind you, we made a $1770 deposit and were also told we would not receive any of it back. Erick, the supervisor was awful and rude.
