Conviva Care Center is a senior-focused primary care provider with a professional, thorough, and friendly staff. The doctors are great and the environment is nice. The staff treats all patients like family, making them feel like they have all the time in the world. They offer excellent customer service, same-day appointments, and a senior activity center. While the medical office is highly recommended, some transportation drivers are noted to be horrible. Patients report efficient service, such as quick referrals, and feel it is a healthcare home where they make a difference.

Ya Ya was amazing! She was kind and took my blood without any pain. I have small veins, and have experienced lots of issues over the years having blood drawn. Ya Ya was absolutely the best person who has done this for me.

Nice environment, nice staff. Doctors are great. But some of the transportation drivers are horrible. If you can drive yourself, do so

Excellent Customer Service ! A place where all patients make a difference! The staff treats all their patients like FAMILY and you can NOT find this anywhere else ! Great Doctors and staff! They have an Activity Center that keeps the patients on the move ! RECOMMEND, RECOMMEND AND RECOMMEND !
