I am pretty certain that I just had the best retail/customer service experience I've ever had @ a phone carrier, or in general - really!!!
I needed to update my Motorola (had the Moto-stylus, but it's been a minute..), so I literally just walked in to get pricing, and to see what's up.
.
The agent, Laura, (who helped me today Dec. 15th, 2024, circa 2-3 p.m.), was so patient, kind, courteous, agreeable and professional - that I literally changed my mind on the spot and bought the phone..!!!
