another salon down the street (cupcake nails) dropped the ball on showing up on time for my appointment but luckily, crystal nails was able to help me out and take me in on short notice. the gentleman that did my pedicure was gentle, thorough and very kind. will definitely come back

Very nice place, but it was empty for a reason. I came in, she put her husband to do my nails. Horrible job, I left worse than I came in. He left my fingers full of cuticles, didn't push them back, filed them in all different shapes, very weird. And he was on the phone while working on my nails. He was ready to paint them, and I said, that's ok, I gotta go home and file and remove all these cuticles before painting. They should have given me a discount but whatever, last time customer there. A bunch of music with bad words and cursing

I went to this nail place to get a powder dip and pedicure , the person, who didn't greet me, seemed angry not at all friendly . Only 2 people working there at the time I went - the owner and wife . First, I had the most lackluster pedicure - very fast and no massage ! That is the one thing I look forward to! And no exfoliation. The water wasn't even warm! Ok... on to my nails. I asked for powder dip .... He used acrylic!!!! I never use acrylic! I told him that and he said it's all the same! I should have left but stuck it out ! My nails look thick and feel heavy ! I do not recommend this place, especially if you want to relax and have your nails done the way YOU want them to be done!

Don't go to this place!!! I got there at 11 and they didn't finish until 2. They also cut my finger & I was bleeding. I got super short nails so idk why it look so took. Never again.

Fantastic service. Best fill I’ve ever gotten in my life!! The guy really took his time on each and every nail, and fixed the mistakes other salons made without me even having to ask or point anything out. Will only be coming here from now on!
