I was at this CVS Pharmacy waiting to pick up meds and the lady tells me that I have to come back after their lunch because they are closing at 1:30pm but it was 1:28pm when she said it. I even told her that it wasn't time yet and that I was heading out of town for the holidays and she didn't care and put up the closed sign while I was still talking. So you mean to tell me that it's ok for them to treat their customers this way.

I had a great experience shopping at CVS. I went to 3 different Pharmacies earlier to get an OTC medication and CVS was the only one that carries it. The attendant was very courteous and knowledgeable and makes me feel very special. I will recommend CVS to my family and friends.

The pharmacy here is useless. 3 people helping people in store and then after waiting 25 minutes you are told you can't get your medication because they are closed. Useless people, good forbid you are out of insulin or some other daily medication that is necessary to preserve your life. Not their fault that you didn't get helped. 3 people in a pharmacy and no one in drive thru served for 45 minutes. Then says if it was that important we should come inside beside 6pm because the drive thru customers aren't a priority. And this is a pharmacy major insurers require people to use. Disgusting useless people and business practice.

Probably the worst pharmacy you could ever go to. Don’t bother calling the pharmacy because they don’t answer their phone and will just leave you on hold for 30+ minutes. You wait in line for 40 min for them to not have your prescription in stock. Amazing !

Waiting forever and already 3 people have been sent away in front of me. The people working the counter ignore all calls and don't care for the customers. Seems like a legit place to work if you only want to cash checks and not help others. The over all attitude of this location is trash. The pharmacy is full of s h i t and probably could have used a little more schooling. A bunch of soft people who act hard work here.

If my insurance offered a different locations for me to get my prescription I would switch.. This location does not deserve 1 star, but in order to leave a review I had to give it 1 star.. I ordered my prescription a week ago in person and still 7 days later it was not filled.. I called them to findout if it was ready but nope it was not.. I spoke to someone and they promised it would be ready tonight.. Let's see!! They need to revamp the whole Pharmacy Department.

This by far the worst CVS Pharmacy! Definitely I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens. I spent over 40 minutes in the drive-through without being knowledge, although they saw that I was at the window. The staff is rude and unapologetically, and have no manners when it comes to customer service.

I have always had issues with CVS. When one of my doctors calls or faxes in around 7 medications every month she ALWAYS has 1 refill on each one. So I should have 6 months' backup if they would put into the system correctly. Then use the older refill first, so on and so on. I am lucky if they even enter 1 refill into the system. The refills expire after 6 months so if they use the most recent then they just expired one.Another issue is that the pharmacy does not like to answer the phone. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes I don't know how ma y times. Then I give up and go to the store. While at the store I witnessed the voice system on speaker stating 4 calls waiting, then 5 calls waiting then 4 calls waiting and it goes up and down while no one answers the phone. Meanwhile, customers are coming in complaining about the fact that they have been on hold for an hour. There was a good pharmacy manager but he left and there is one good girl in the pharmacy but she was out on maternity leave. Then 8 girls were running around with there heads cut off. I think may be why Trevor left( pharmacy manager)Now she was back from maternity leave but I haven't seen her the last couple of times I have been in there. She may have left because she had to make up for everyone else's ineptitude. They're trying but just don't have any experience.

Whatever happened in the last give or take 6 months has resulted in the pharmacy going from being one of the better ones in the location to just another pharmacy with uncommitted staff towards personnel. Very sad to see this happen. You wait on hold for very long durations of time to ultimately get someone not committed to helping you. Staff is has also been rude lately. Somehow autofill prescriptions don't happen and even if they do you still don't get your medicine on time because they don't have the medicine and need to order it. The prior pharmacist and staff at this location did everything they could to help get your medicine on time even helping to check other stores in the area.To CVS maybe it's time to talk to you staff about customer service. It's lacking, just look at all the reviews.

this CVS pharmacy has the most inefficient staff and incompetent pharmacists I have ever encountered. I've received wrong medication's, I have waited over 40 minutes through the drive-through, and my phone calls are never answered. Very rude staff including the pharmacist making comments such as I don't care... This pharmacy has multiple negative reviews. I really don't know why we even leave reviews? My understanding was that customer feedback was a way to improve service. CVS doesn't care about providing good customer care.

Waited on hold for 35 minutes , eventually had to just show up. The pharmacy tech said they do not answer the phones and that my order was not ready and there would be a 20 minute wait even though the order was placed over 24 hours prior. When I asked why it was not ready the lady said they are really busy and if I think I can do a better job then I can apply for a job. Definitely a first, rafina was the tech in the front. Needs some help with customer service.

The pharmacy here is always backed up and at this point, it’s beyond being acceptable. It was so backed up, I was turned away from a flu shot and told to schedule an appointment. There was no one else there for a flu shot. They need to hire some help or close this pharmacy altogether.

For years this location has been making mistakes. Today was the third time we were given the wrong prescription and when we corrected them they were nasty about it and hung up on us before we were finished with our inquiries. We won't be using this location anymore there's a CVS on every corner do your self a favor and go to the next one over so you don't get the wrong prescription or have to deal with their attitude. They are going to hurt someone someday with their the careless mistakes. The woman on the phone was just plain rude. Bye CVS. Never coming back!

The male pharmacist is very nice. They do tend to take a while in the drive-thru, it's usually faster to go inside unless you can wait. The cashiers up front are pretty nice. I generally have no problem with this store. Wish they had the Burt's Bees makeup line at this location though.

CVS, originally named Consumer Value Store was founded in 1963, in Lowell, Massachusetts. Now the chain's exact nomenclature is CVS Pharmacy and is the largest pharmacy chain in the United States. Now... for the fun stuff. I love the concept of this store. One large portion of the store is health, medications etc... The other large portion of the store is chips, cookies, junk food, candy, beer, wine and frozen foods that have nothing to do with health, ha! Basically, this store is a great presentation of our beautiful vast land and nation. Located on McNab & University this location will always generate tons of traffic and is convenient to many on the way to and from work. PSA: They do sell in the aisle AcquaPanna water which comes to us by way of Tuscany Italy! It's the silkiest and smoothest water you'll ever try!
