I love it here. Sifu Grant has a great personality and makes you feel welcome. He's patient but strict when he needs to be. I've learned a lot about myself here and what I'm capable of. Can't wait to see what else I learn.

I love my tai chi class. Sifu Grant’s love of the art comes across, as he guides you through the class with ease and comfort. He creates an environment that makes you feel positive . I signed up for the class for Mindfulness, and, find that I can accomplish this, with his guidance. I always leave the class with a smile. This class is a gem.

I was visiting family in the area and found Darsana Martial Arts while searching for a tai chi or yoga class. From the jump it was a very good experience. Everyone was very welcoming and the space had a good energy. More specifically Sifu Grant offers excellent instruction. He does a good job teaching both the physical technical aspects with the philosophical principles of the art. Definitely worth checking out

I was visiting family in the area and searching for something to keep me active and the universe provided Darsana Martial Arts. This is a good place to train. Very good energy at this school. I found Sifu Grant to be a great instructor. He did an excellent job teaching the technical aspects of the discipline along with going over the philosophical principles of the art. I have a history of martial arts training and while tai chi was new to me I found Sifu Grant to be a true martial artist who is following his calling. While I only took a handful of classes I will fondly remember my time there. Thank you Darsana

Sifu Grant is wonderful. My 5 year old son loves going to class, he has learned so much more than just physical moves. I appreciate Sifu Grant’s insight and lessons while teaching them how to control their bodies but most importantly, their minds. Great value and good family discounts. Will be enrolling my 2 year old when she’s a bit older. Thank you!

I have been going to the Cheng Tai Chi morning class for approximately 6 months. Cifu Grant is an inspirational young man that not only demonstrates the forms in Tai Chi, but gets the class involved in looking at and learning about the theoretical/philosophical underpinnings of this martial art.

I began taking this T’ai Chi class a little over a year ago. My goal was to improve my balance and to hopefully gain some body strength. I was a little skeptical that T’ai Chi would be able to help me because I thought that I needed to perform repetitive exercises or work out with weights to achieve any kind of improvement. I was wrong and I was excited to continue T’ai Chi after the first class. My instructor, Grant, is one of those rare individuals that cares about every person in the class and goes above-and-beyond to make sure our form and posture are comfortable and that each movement flows to the next. Grant takes the martial arts seriously and doesn’t expect us to mimic his actions like I’ve seen done in other class instructed work-outs. He encourages us to focus our minds and feel inside our bodies. After a class with Grant, I feel anxiety dissipate and I leave with a positive attitude. I am grateful to Grant who is patient and caring and has introduced me to this wonderful art.

My son started training at Darsana 5 years ago. In that time, he has steadily progressed in his practice and has applied the things he has learned at Darsana to other parts of his life, which is very rewarding as a parent to witness first hand.

It has been two years since I have been a student in Darsana Martial Arts. I went there hoping taichi could be something new I could learn. Since the beginning, I realized that taichi could offer me more than I expected. Amazingly, I had the security that the sensation of peacefulness and of freedom would get deeper and more rewarding with time.
