I do the zoom exercise with DDS Nutrition and the workouts are amazing. Coach A shows up for her clients and make sure they get their desired results. Not to mention the meal plans amazing. Prepare yourself for the workouts you won't regret it.

DDS and attrition is amazing. The owner is very professional. The shakes and the waffles are great.

Went to DDS Nutrition and had the Strewberry Cheese Cake Shake and it was amazing, I have been going there every day since then. The cupcake are also very delicious and the service is also top notch.
