“I’ve been coming to this location for years. Always lackluster service. Kent’s changed that today! He was good natured just for the sake of it. Nobody was around to impress. Knowledgeable and got the job done with a smile. That is a rarity in service these days. Give this young man some acknowledgment! Customer service ain’t easy but he genuinely changed the atmosphere of the store! Bravo!”
