Purchased a vanity online. Good experience. It went on sale for Black Friday, after ordering and before receiving, I requested a credit for the difference. The original representative said his supervisors wanted me to return and repurchase for the credit, which was ridiculous. All I wanted was to get a paper transaction for the difference. Why would a company wanted to pay a shipper to pick up and return, then reorder (a non-stocked) item, then have it reshipped and redelivered…..a little bit absurd and costly for Furguson.
I finally was able to get a customer service rep Joseph Schlesser to help. He was able to take charge and get the paper credit. He was able get me the large differential for the sale price credited to my credit card. One and done Thanks Joseph, for a newer representative, you handled the issue like a seasoned pro.

I’m not giving one star because the store itself is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate — you can find what you need quickly. The real problem starts at the checkout counter. You’ve got three guys staring at a computer while a line of blue-collar workers — many trying to get to a job site or dealing with an emergency — are left waiting and ignored.
I wouldn’t be writing this if it was a one-time thing, but it’s happened dozens of times. The staff really need better counter ethics — get the customer taken care of so they can get back to helping their customers. That’s why Leman Pipe smokes Ferguson when it comes to service

We ordered a K-31641-DRY-0. I asked Chelsea many times to make sure it was drylock. We are supposed to have it installed by a contractor on Saturday. Today(Thursday) it was delivered and it is NOT drylock. Customer Service is not able to get us another one so now we will have hole in our floor with smells and we have 2 cats. Our toilet is getting removed to put in a new hot water heater and did not want to put back an old toilet. We are very upset!!! Especially since I asked her many times to make sure it was drylock. I called with the exact model number and she ordered it in 2 wrong pieces. Then Matt was not able to resolve the problem. It is not his fault but the money won't even go back on our card for approx 1 week. Thankfully we can afford to still purchase another one but some people would not. After this we would not recommend Ferguson. I was a kitchen and bath designer for many years back in NY. I always thought Ferguson was a good company. Now I see why the reviews are so low down here and I am adding to those low reviews!!!

The employees here suck they closed early and laughed in my face when I had an emergency call when I asked why the closed they say the managers call and no one wanted to give me any names. They aren't worried about the customers

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I had a very hard item to find and Mr pagan from the tamarac location went above and beyond to help me out. He was able to find what I needed and I am very appreciative. Thank you

Went there for help with a drain pipe, nothing but a bunch of guys sitting around on the computer, no one even acknowledged me or another customer waiting in front of them for help. Even when I asked for help looking for the pipe the simply said go look on isle 21 or 22. Terrible customer service....

This place has mostly everything for plumbers and HVAC people. I said mostly because I came in trying to buy a Ridged electric commercial auger and they told me they could order it but so can I. Had they had it available i would have snatch it from them. Overall great and helpful staff.

I had an issue with a Kohler Deck Mount faucet where the brass pipe of the previous installation was half an inch too short with no access to the piping of the bathtub and only an 1/8 inch of pipe to work with. We went to Ferguson and found the right extension tile, the employee we were talking with cut the pipe to exactly how we needed it, free of charge and was very helpful. Fits perfectly, we couldn't be happier!

Employees help only if you go to the desk, they don't ask if you need help ans some if them look like mad when you ask for help! Products selection good, customer service needs improvement!
