I asked the counter man if he could match home Depot's price on a water heater because they were charging 30% more for the exact same heater. They said "No". I asked if they could come down at all...and the nice counter man told me "go to home Depot". Wow just wow! After being a customer for 22 years and probably giving them hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of business I will never go back and let everyone I know that Ferguson plumbing supply is crap.

When you have no choice you go here. And the reason why is because when you go there you’re waiting in line sometimes it just couple of items. It should be really quick, but when it comes to plumbing, we know that people have multiple fittings they have to ring up and look up on the system, you would think by now that they have it under control with barcode and stickers and upgrading their computer equipment. This will be like the fifth time I walked out. I left everything there because I can’t wait. Do you think the Management have cameras to see the traffic in that place sometimes and maybe come up with better ways of making money?

Matt is awesome, he helped us find a replacement mixer for a part that was depreciated 3 years ago. Helped organize next day shipping as well! Great guy!!

Not a reflection on the staff - Joey was great - but that a company knows a particular Delta product (a $600 faucet) is consistantly defective and still sells it is just plain bad business. So under the heading of "how you do anything is how you do everything", I would never recommend anyone go to Ferguson.Update: Javier, it's disengenuous to give out your contact info and then not respond when contacted. Ultimately, Delta ended up sending 2 new faucets (3rd try) and the plumber did the job for the 3rd time. So the $1,200 faucets ended up costing me $1,700 and weeks with no faucets. That's not a good business tactic.

Today confirmed that my experience with this company is not a coincidence and that I have been a victim of disparate treatment by the employees. On a previous visit I arrived at the store minutes after they opened. There was one person in front of me. I waited 15 minutes for the service agent to acknowledge and help me. Another person, who looked more like the service agent walked through the door, and he stated that he would assist him shortly. I had to remind him that I had been waiting. He claimed that he thought I was waiting for someone else. I was given a price for a hot water heater unit. I had to go home to verify the specifications and when I called to make the payment, I was quoted a higher price than I was originally quoted.On this visit, I was given the price of two different hot water heaters, I opted to go for the less expensive unit. The service agent attempted to sell me a scratch and dent. At the advice of my plumber, I refused. The agent went to the warehouse to find the unit, and his colleague came over to inform me that all of the units had been “promised” to someone else. I questioned the fact that they were still showing as a part of their inventory and asked if they were paid for. He stated that my only choice would be the more expensive unit. Thankfully I called my plumber who purchased a unit at another plumbing supply company.

Terrible customer service. Whoever David is should be the last person answering the phone. Terrible phone presence and absolute lack of customer service. Simply needed help finding an item. His tone and lack of willingness to help was sickening. You know the products. Guide me based on what I told you I needed. Take your business elsewhere.

I purchased a Whirlpool washer/dryer for $3,400. The dryer was defective and used! It had lint in the drawer! I sent both machines back and did not accept them. 2 weeks later and I still don’t have my money back! Ferguson keeps making excuses why they cannot refund my money - they kept the machines AND my money! Horrible company … stay away!

I was taking delivery of three large boxes with vanities for master bath. Driver pulled up took first box off truck . I had the garage door opened so he didn’t have to walk around to front door . He placed it on garage floor . I asked him to please bring it in the house because the garage floor was being painted with epoxy. He said I’m leaving it all here or I’m taking it back . Again ask please bring an extra 5 feet into house . He took the first box back and left That’s great customer service!!!

I rarely complain when I receive bad service from a business. I just go some where else. But what do you do when they sell you something over the phone that is not what you ask for or wanted? You drive 30 minutes (one way) to pick it up and they can't find your order or that you payed for it, after 20 minutes when they do find the order, its not even close to what you wanted and they don't sell what you need. I never left the store with anything, they couldn't give me a refund because it was a card payment and it would take couple days because it had to be processed. Jump forward 21 days and after talking to several people and being promised it is being processed I still have not received a refund for something I never got. Unbelievable. be cautious dealing with this company, I won't ever again.UPDATE: Finally after a month of calling and talking to seven different people, each one telling me they would take care of it, I got my refund. My advice is that if you find yourself needing to purchase from Ferguson, I would not do it over the phone and would make sure you will not need a refund & your purchase is something that will not break. If you do have to request a refund, stay on them or you will never see it. Every time I called the person said no notes were put in the system with my account and the money was there and nothing was being processed. Wonder if they will pay me for all my time I spent trying to get my money back?
