These people had the audacity to give away my confirmed appointment to someone else and then blame me saying I didn't confirm it. They claimed they called but I have no voicemails messages.
They only sent one text message an hour before the appointment while i was in the shower.
The worst most unprofessional experience I've ever had.

Staff here was very rude and unhelpful. It would have taken about 20 seconds to answer my question but the woman couldn’t be bothered and kept trying to walk away. When I asked what time I could come back for help she couldn’t give me a straight answer. Went to another office and was helped right away. Used this Tamarac office last year for a tax return and had problems then too. This is by far the worst H&R Block location in the area, any other office is better.

Everyone I delt with was so helpful. The manager Danielle went above and beyond to solve a problem I had with my previous year(not done by h&r block). I would recommend H&R Block to all my friends and family. Especially the location in Midway Plaza.

brought my tax documents and my business tax documents in. First year filing my business taxes, made that clear. not to sure how to go about things. started with carlos. Carlos admitted he would give us to another preparer that was more knowledgeable. that took about 2 weeks. Then it took another 3 weeks to hear from the next preparer. Wayne seemed nicer but he didn't communicate with us for so long. we had a deadline to be met to gain business opportunity and lost it due to this traumatic process. was offered a 50-dollar discount by manager claudia and feel like the final charge was monstrous. close to the tune of $1000. 50 dollars doesn't even buy the gas it took to drive there in person after a failed virtual process i don't feel secure about the process at all. I feel maltreated and robbed. i tried to be respectful but this was painful.
