I was looking for a safe and comfortable place to live, and after visiting many communities, I chose this one because of the great features and welcoming environment.
Louis Hernandez was outstanding he helped me solve a payment issue caused by frequent travel and made sure I got the best apartment with a beautiful view and a great price.
Louis’s positive energy and professionalism made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everyone here is kind and friendly, and it really feels like a family community.
Today I started my lease, and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone especially Louis for making my first experience here so positive!

This place has been nothing but frustration. My refrigerator has been leaking since May, ruining my food. The manager said I’d be reimbursed, but after sending proof, I never heard back. Instead of replacing it, they keep patching it with parts that don’t fix the problem I still have to drain it myself.
They also keep charging me $35 a month for renter’s insurance I already have, even though I’ve sent proof multiple times. My last reimbursement for that was in January, yet the charges continued.
Every time I contact the office, I get a different story and no real solutions. Maintenance claims things are fixed when they aren’t, and the gym is often dirty with bugs. There’s zero accountability, poor communication, and ongoing neglect. I have photos, emails, and proof of everything. Tenants deserve better.

I interacted with Korey in April 2025 and honestly he was professional & nice, I got quotes and even selected an apartment but due to some reasons I changed my plan and decided not to move forward. I paid the due amount during the application process as you can't move forward without paying anything/partial but when I decided to cancel, they closed my account with $150 online administrative charges. I have proof of payment and even this $150 is part of that invoice (check below attachment) but all this drama is completely absurd and this company is operating in bad faith. I had a great credit record but this entire fiasco has ruined it.
I don't recommend living here as these companies would do anything to squeeze a few bucks from you than treating customers fairly. And NO, I don't need your copy paste response - resolve the matter and look into your payments/invoices before sharing it with your collector.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Living here within the past year has felt filthy and hazardous. As someone who is cleanly, it’s very uncomfortable living with conditions that do not feel clean. Within the past year I’ve had a septic tank back up into my bathtub. Absolutely GROSS. The AC breaks frequently, and overall, the apartment has a horrible odor that just makes you GAG! No matter how much you mop, clean, bleach, clean the drains, and scrub the place down, this odor is just embedded in the unit and maintenance is yet to come fix it. I literally dread coming home because I know if I cleaned the day before, the very next day my apartment will be right back to smelling AWFUL. Don’t even get me started on the mildew growing in my bathroom. At this point, the mildew is better than the foul odor my apartment gives off which is 100% NOT CAUSED BY THE MILDEW; a completely separate issue! No matter how much you email, nobody replies. When you call, they assure you somebody will come check out the unit same day (if someone answers the phone), and nobody comes. They’re not apologetic, in fact I’m sure they wish you’d just go away with your complaints LOL. Not a single reply back to any of my emails, no accommodations offered, NOTHING. My lease ends next October and I can’t possibly see how I must make it another year here. It’s so frustrating to hate being home in the unit you pay for because your home just feels so nasty, and it’s completely out of your control. It’s to a point I have a wall freshener plug ins, in almost every single outlet and I can’t even smell them because the horrible odor in the unit overpowers it. Candles no longer work. Cely in the office is amazing, and that’s about IT! Moving here was a mistake. I can’t wait to get out of here.

I’ve recently had problems in my apartment and needed maintenance. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My last few problems were handled quickly by Tony and Isaac. The entire maintenance team works hard to get the job done. I’ve also needed help with administrative problems. The leasing team, on numerous occasions had to get involved. I had the pleasure of working with Cely. She is eager to help, returns messages quickly and resolves my problems every time.
I have been here about 6-7 years and I am going to renew my lease again shortly.
I haven't met the entire mgmt team yet but they are doing a great job.
Pierre the grounds keeper does a great job keeping neighborhood in order. He is a good guy.

I lived here for close to nine years and I personally would like to thank Cely, Bianca and of course Anthony for a job well done. I can honestly say the first five years of living here was great. The last four years however?? All in all thank you for the memories.

Property well kept and staff super professional. This property has a lot of amenities and the tour guide answered all questions. She went over and beyond.

Blanca was the only reason any of this was bearable other then her this is not a good place to move into. Rent is expensive they take forever to fix maintenance issues. Construction is your problem to deal with greedy greedy owners of property. Why pay 2700 bucks if it’s not as described in lease. I refuse to pay full 2700 for construction issues and going without ac for 4 days and termites.
