I have been a customer for 4-5 years, I was disappointed with my last appointment. I received a gift card in December. I went to get my usual manicure pedicure in January . My gift card was not honored for the price on the gift card . I was charged an additional increase, plus it cost me more for the tip. I was very disappointed. ☹️ my experience gift cards are honored no matter when it was purchased. “ one month later 🤔 it was only 2 weeks”

Decided to get my feet done today , the original place I was going to try was by appointment and the pedicure person had already left for the day (Sunday at 2:30pm) so I decided to try out Lee Nails and glad I didn’t let the negative reviews steer me away. Once I arrived, I was greeted promptly. It wasn’t too busy so my wait for pedicure wasn’t too long at all. Sheila took her time and was very gentle. Salon was very clean and welcoming . Prices were also very reasonable, cheaper than most places in the area so those complaining about the prices are clearly cheap as heck and want services done basically for free lol.. anywho, definitely will be coming back to Lee’s . Don’t allow the negative reviews to steer you from any place, try them out for yourselves and form your own opinions.

Unfortunately they only have about 2 people that do nails well and even if you have an appointment they make you wait sometimes even more than 30 minutes. I've specifically asked to not book with certain people and been ignored. I have had to walk out more than once and will NOT be going back. Would not recommend at allll!
