Top of the line big screen oled went out. Others quoted prices through the roof just to come out. MR Stransky spoke with me about the issue, advised what part to get, once part came in he came by and installed tested and remounted in prolly 20 minutes. I called Mitch and like myself he was nit feeling well so he asked that I record a video of what was occurring with my television. He was able to diagnose the issue and recommended a replacement of a 7- 8 years old TV instead of repairing.
