A schedule appears online today, October 23, I arrived 1 hour ago and we were waiting to see if someone would arrive to serve us, NO ONE the office was open and no one ever arrived, and the lady at the store next door tells us in 20 to 30 minutes will she arrive? What is this service????? What is this irresponsibility?

We have been clients of this office for more than 15 years and we had never had complaints. But this last shipment it seems that the person who served us had a bad day. A good greeting to the client is a good start but there was none, then he did not even do the attempt to help with the box we sent and I think I'm about 40 years older than her. When she saw that it bothered me she said she had back pain, so I think she should have been sitting in the box to avoid helping and then she was quite rude. In terms In general, it was not a great experience, plus the shipping seemed super expensive this time.
