I have been a client of State Farm Melba Ballard for YEARS now, I even moved over 100 miles from the office and still use them. What can I say Julieann is amazing and pretty much the reason for the last comment. No matter what I throw at her or how I throw it at her, she is always, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go out of her way to get you exactly what you need. We truly need more people like this kind, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Julieann you are amazing and I appreciate all you do and have done for me over all these years, Thank you!!

I have been a custoomer for i tink 40 years and they have always been very helpful. one the two occasion I neeed them, the service was very easy and strees free. No hassel they just took care of it. Great coompaany

kudos to Tatiana.. excellent and professional customer service .. she provided me with auto and condo insurance quotes very shorty after I contacted the agency. Julie is AMAZING. She works using her heart you know, that kind of person. She always expresses concerns about the rates increasing and periodically checks on my son to make sure he is doing what is necessary to prepare for driving. I wish every service provided had a person like Julie on their team.

I called State Farm regular customer service line to cancel one of my auto policies. The rep that helped me didn’t really explain the options and repercussions that affected my decision to cancel it (losing multi car and other discounts). Something told me to call my local office, Melba’s office, (normally I always do) and turns out I made a mistake that would have cost me a lot of $$$. Julie at Melba’s office went ABOVE AND BEHOND. She helped me correct the issue that could have cost me a lot. I can’t express how grateful I am with Julie. Everyone that I’ve talked to in that office are always extremely helpful and caring.
