What a disaster. What should have been a 6 hr job took twice as long because they were frequently on their phones and would disappear. We had 4 people but rarely were they all working at the same time. I had to pay more than double of what was the initial agreed to amount. Furniture was scratched and damaged. They left furniture in the old house and didn't bring some pieces upstairs in the new house. They did come back later to bring those upstairs after I complained. They also broke a tall mirror jewlery cabinet and after filing a claim, they say they will only give me $45. I paid over $200. Save yourselves the headache and go with another company. Also they are offering $25 for 5 star reviews.

Ok, these movers were absolutely incredible! I was blessed to have the same team that moved me from my previous home into storage—and then, 11 days later, brought everything to my new place. Anthony, Enoch, and Byron went above and beyond. They handled all of my belongings with the utmost care, packed everything professionally, and made sure everything was well-protected. Not a single item was broken or damaged. Truly stellar service from start to finish! If you’re moving, I highly recommend requesting these three gentlemen—you will not regret it!

I can’t speak highly enough of the moving squad as individuals and as a company! Started with Camille over the phone, who already made me feel like I got to the right place by being very attentive and kind, continued with Stefano (dispatcher) who helped us facilitate the move by picking up from both the storage facility AND the house in Coconut Creek and ended with Michael and Reggie - two legends who knocked the job out of the park; 90 minutes of loading and off they went all the way to Palm Bay. Same day delivery, no sour faces and with the best care and respect for the items. I really think they give you a rockstar experience on every aspect and I’ll be recommending them every time a conversation about moving comes up. Thank you Moving Squad!!!!

The moving team did a great job. Went above and beyond. They made sure all furniture was wrapped and moved with care. Very happy, would definately recommend and use them in the future.

We had a great experience with this company, Anthony, Manny and Gabino were amazing, fast, professional and very careful with all our items and specially the furniture. Jamie was great helping us through the quote and all paperwork. We recommend Moving Squad big time and definitely will use them again when needed. I personally recommend to be as ready as you can be if you are planning to pack yourself. This will help the movers to make the process smoother.

Just moved on June 19 and couldn’t be happier with my experience with the Moving Squad. Clevon, Bernard and Marael were the most professional and efficient movers I’ve ever worked with. They took great care with my furniture and they made the move fun, not stressful. Michael Pina, my coordinator and manager, gave me a great estimate based on what I had and answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns.
I highly recommend the Moving Squad and will use them again if I need to move in the future. Thanks guys

WARNING YOU THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR MOVE!!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BUILDING FLOODED AND THEM NOT TO PAY YOU BACK FOR ANYTHING. I originally booked them because their sales manager Mike talked me into it. They ended up flooding my entire building because they could not get my huge couch in the door. If they were professional, they would have known that there are sprinklers and a water line in the ceilings. They ended up hitting the ceiling pipe with our couch and flooding our entire building. We are currently living at an Airbnb and have spent well over $1500 Just for the Airbnb, we’re staying in while we wait to be able to go back our house. They also flooded our mattress and our couch. I told him I want to know how they are paying me back for this and I haven’t heard from them since. Just save yourself the hassle and don’t use them unless you want a terrible experience. They are so unprofessional. Anytime you call them to file an insurance claim with their company for what happened the lady who works at customer service hangs up on you. I wish I could attach the video of what happened in this review, but I can only attach photos. All I have to say is this company sucks and they have terrible management. They have costed me thousands of dollars that I have to recover from now.
