Excellent Service! very friendly from the first contact to get a quote, also very flexible and understanding as I had to pick up from a self storage besides my residency. The movers were very polite and professional. Everything I had was moved from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando in a single day, many things were not unpacked, but it was OK because we had to do some remodeling in the new house.

I have had two excellent experiences in the last 6 months, with two different crews from this company. During my whole house move this summer they went above and beyond. The crew was very enthusiastic with great communication and hustled the entire time. My furniture was reassembled better at it's destination than it was when they took it apart. They moved some fragile items without hesitation, and successfully, that other movers typically refuse to. They jumped in and took care of extra things that I missed listing out in our original job scope, without missing a beat. They worked so well and so hard that they finished my move nearly two hours early. I had nothing left for them to do! So I told them to wrap it up and I tipped them well. Today, I had a different crew come to move a large item for me up a flight of stairs. They made short work of it, safely with no damage. My wife saw them working on it with me and after they left, she remarked: "those guys were so nice, I like those guys."

I had an interaction with the CEO of the company, Stefano. I was appalled by how he spoke to me as a paying customer. He spoke with aggression and lacked empathy. Although he owns the company, he needs training or attending a seminar on customer care. It's important to note that customer retention, referrals, and excellent ratings are all based on how they are treated. Donna's excellent assistance in resolving my issue led me to revise my rating. They are fortunate to have her as she put in a lot of effort to ensure that I was satisfied. The delivery men were kind, quick, and answered all of my questions.

It was about a 3 week process from initial call for quote to the move. I was admittedly picky as I was setting up the move for my elderly grandmother and wanted to be sure I found a company that I knew she would trust. I was initially working with Eric who gave me a quote based on an inventory sheet I obtained from a rival company so I could compare apples to apples. Moving Squad did beat the quote and I was set to sign the documents for the move until I actually studied the inventory sheet and found that there were quite a few items missed (this was not on Moving Squad, but on the competitor who initially went into the home and took the physical inventory). I attempted to reach out to Eric about a week before the move to see if they could complete a physical inventory on their own to ensure all items were included in the quote, but Eric was out of office and I fortunately got in touch with Jackie. Phenomenal experience with Jackie. She was able to go into my grandmother's home the very next day and complete an accurate inventory, then stay in communication to work with ways to improve the quote and have their team load and deliver my grandmother's furniture on the dates requested which worked with her medical appointments schedule. Wasn't an easy move as she had quite a bit of things, but Moving Squad were able to load in the Fort Lauderdale area and move everything to Tampa worry and hassle free. The communication from the drivers was great as they called before arrival for loading, and again before arrival for delivery. They took apart and reassembled all of the furniture exactly where we requested, and actually collected less after delivery than was quoted as the supplies we initially thought we would need to complete the move weren't used. Would definitely recommend and personally use again if needed (hopefully not as moving is stressful, but Moving Squad made it as easy as could be).

The moving team was excellent. They arrived on time, took good care of my furniture and efficiently packed my TV and clothes. They put my furniture exactly where I asked. They were patient when we had issues with the elevator.

The customer service from this office is horrible. Camille is a very dishonest representative and not to be trusted. She will tell you everything you want to hear to close the sale, and then right after closing the deal everything completely switches up. I specifically asked if my items will have coverage and she confirmed that it will, however this is the catch. The coverage that they try and trick you into getting only covers a small fraction of the damaged items. For instance if you have a tv it will only cover $.60 of the total weight of the item. So if the tv weighs 100 lbs you will only be covered for $60 of the total cost of the $800+ tv. There is an option that covers up to 75% of the total value. However they tell you that you can not have that option, because you will have to use a third party at a cost higher than the amount of the total move. Which I will like to point out that they do not disclose or explain the details of, until after they arrive at your home. I explained to Camille that you never disclosed that I will have to pay an additional $1,500 on top of the $1,300 that I’m already paying to move my items it doesn’t make sense. Initially when I made my reservation Camille stated that everything was covered in the cost that I originally paid. I specifically asked her are there hidden fees she said no. Once the movers arrived, they revealed all the hidden fees, that Camille assured wouldn’t happen. Camille tries to justify the fact I shouldn’t make a big deal about coverage, because the movers are professional and nothing will break. Lo and behold, a accident happens within seconds of getting off the phone. One of my chairs were broken. Another issue that you have to make sure of is the estimated time, again the lies! I asked Camille will I be charged from the time the movers arrive at my house from the time they finish at drop off? Or will I be charged additional for travel time? Her response was “This is the all in price and the travel time is included in the estimated quote, so if the drivers start at 10am and finish at 3pm you will only be charged for 5hrs” I asked multiple times are you sure she said yes. Again to my Suprise this was a 6 hour job and she charged me an additional 2 hrs for travel time. This company is your typical sales scammers, be careful when using them they will tell you one thing and then switch up on you. When you address your concerns and dissatisfaction they get rude and disrespectful. The movers are good they worked hard and worth the tip, but the back office (Camille and Stephano) are rude and they will trick you out of money and they don’t provide coverage that cover the value of your items I made a horrible mistake going with them.

I used moving squad several years back for a move when I sold my house and was moving into an apartment. I was moving as a newly divorced single mother. Well, 4 men showed up and things were going fine until one man quit. Then another man slowly disappeared so it ended up being two men to do the move. They dropped my armoire off of the truck at the delivery address. Yes, this was absolutely damaged but of course they tried to hide what they did! I literally saw them, but I felt that I could not speak up at the time. They also stole a couple things which one of the items was irreplaceable. Being that this was the first time that I ever moved by myself, I was unaware that I needed to give a tip, but those two men followed me to the ATM so they could have their tip. What a violation thinking back to this. I did make a call to the company to addressed my concerns. Unfortunately I was met with extreme aggression and dismissed. This company is the worst and I recommend unless you have more adult eyes watching and perhaps a couple males, don't use them.

The movers spent the entire time arguing with each other. They weren't property supplied when they arrived. They broke several pieces of furniture. And one of the movers didn't do any work at all, just sat around upstairs in my new place, while the others were yelling at each other. I suspect he stole jewelry out of my master closet while he was relaxing upstairs.

This is the second time we've moved in less than 5 years and I wouldn't use any other moving company! The movers were extremely quick and careful with our belongings. We just had brand new hardwood floors installed and they made sure to use extra caution when moving everything in.
