Great experience plugging a hole on my tire today. Came in, got told to bring the car to the side, set it, and within less than 5mins they were done and for cheaper than anywhere else. Had to leave a tip for good service. Thanks.

Thank goodness I came to this location!
Shaun Tornow, amazing customer service, took his time to explain options and saved me $3,000 with his advice!
Johnny, another mechanic on on the premises, also came to the waiting room to explain much further the situation with enthusiasm, explaining to me what needed to be done.
I felt very comfortable and I trusted these guys because of their patience with questions, their crystal clear responses, and their eagerness to ask questions themselves about the life of the car.
I highly recommend Ociellos for your next visit to you car needs! They will take better care to you than anyone else!!!! @honestmechanicocelllos

Horrible service, the jerks that work there are just beasts, no manners, no customer service, don’t know who’s in charge of hiring. We got some tires here and the car after installation was shaking, we spoke with the guy at the front desk and he said “that’s happens when you buy cheap tires” we told him you guys sold us those tires, then he said” you’re gonna ah e to wait because I have no time for you right now” NEVER COMIMG BACK!!! NO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

We're DONE with Ocello's after 8 years of loyalty, regularly bringing in 3 of our cars plus my mom's. The mechanics still do great work, but the front desk has completely turned over and operates very differently, with more aggressive upselling and higher prices. The last straw was a nearly $1,300 bill to replace spark plugs and ignition coils on my mom's Volvo. We asked them to come down on price given our long history there, but they wouldn't. We had gotten comfortable with them so we authorized it, but it felt way off. Doing more research afterwards and talking with knowledgeable friends confirmed the cost was way above the norm. Do your research on pricing and on whether you really need any extra work they recommend, and get a second estimate before authorizing any repairs here.

Stopped in for a quick repair...tire plug, and after going to 4 other shops and being told of a long wait, they accommodated me immediately for a 5 minute fix! I wish I would have went here first! Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Please do yourself a favor and go here first!

Predatory financing agreements, paid 2400 for something would have cost 700 at another place.

This place is not open until 6:00 pm. They only have staff in the office for pick ups and drop offs.
