I enjoy visiting old time...but the new rule that says you cannot take the shopping carts outside is ridiculous. I bought a number of things and I could take the cart to my car but had to keep running back and forth...they say oh you can pull you car up...but it's a fire lane no parking. Two stars taken off for this silly rule....No carts outside but you have the return carts here.

I usually like coming here but please update your hours of operations if you’re going to be closing an hour before the actual closing time (10PM) as stated on your website. I drove all the way there just to be turned around at 8:58 PM.

A Complete Transformation – Amazing Experience at Old Time Pottery!
I’ve visited this location several times over the years, and in the past, it was always a bit of a mess. While the staff was friendly, the store itself felt chaotic and disorganized. Despite this, I kept coming back because they carried certain items I needed—I just worked around the clutter.
However, my visit two weeks ago was a completely different experience! I was genuinely surprised to find the store in the best condition I’ve ever seen. The floors were spotless, everything was neatly organized, and the entire staff seemed happy and engaged. It was such a refreshing change!
While shopping in the planter and pot section, I was looking for additional items when I came across a tall gentleman named Barrington. He greeted me with a smile and was incredibly helpful in answering my questions. Later, when I went to check out, the entire staff was just as pleasant and helpful. I made sure to mention to both the cashiers and Barrington how impressed I was with the store’s transformation and the outstanding service.
As I was leaving, I had some heavy items and asked if I could leave them at the front while I pulled my car around. To my surprise, Barrington was already carrying them out to my car before I even had the chance to ask for help. That level of service truly made my day!
Old Time Pottery has made a remarkable turnaround, and I’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to Barrington and the entire team for making my shopping experience such a positive one!
I called today to confirm his name, as it has been two weeks since I said I would write this review, and they confirmed he was the manager. How cool that he just helped me out told me to have a great day and never made a point of about him being the manager. Exceptional customer service. I am actually more excited about coming again. The changes you have made to personnel, and the store have to be increasing your sales! Well, done!

Nice warehouse style store to get your Season decoration . They have a GREAT VARIETY of small furniture and chairs, lamps and rugs. Kitchen and wall Decor, pet toys, beds, pads, treats and Garden decor. Toys, scrubs and lots of tshirts and sweaters. Great place to find a good variety of Home decor at better prices than other stores. Get ready to spend a long time looking through the aisles for specific kitchen gadgets and Home accents.

My daughter and I LOVE OTP in Tamarac, FL, we look forward to going on our weekends. We anxiously await for the store to bring out the Halloween and Christmas season decorations. She recently got her own apartment and OTP was her 'go to' for setting it up and getting so many decor items.

I've always loved shopping at this store I used to live here about 20 years ago and I missed it when I moved away and now I'm back and it's greater than ever. I'm glad it's still here.

No shopping carts , they’re all out behind the store at the apartments along the fence line in the bushes. So , you can only buy what you can carry.

Great store. Workers lack great customer service. Called the store to inform them that I have an item that needs to be changed still in the packaging but I can’t locate where I placed the receipt. I was there a week ago and the young lady that answered didn’t provide what is called customer service support she just flat out said we can’t change it. I wanted to know why? If I never opened it. I just need a bigger size. She told me to hold and never answered back. Very rude and unprofessional I would demote her for lack of respect.
Called back to get the young lady’s name who spoke to she wouldn’t tell me her name . I asked to speak with a manager she placed me on hold and never answered.

Always loved this store since it opened so many years ago. Sad to see it changing. Customer service is great! But sad to see the isles mostly empty of all the stuff for home and garden and being replaced with clothing and other things.
