Was greeted with a smile. I had an appointment for 9am for a nail in my tire so had extra time to spare and showed up a little after 730am. When I went inside to let them know I was already on the lot waiting, I was told that they didn’t have anymore patches to be able to assist me and they didn’t know when they would get more. So I asked them to cancel my appointment and had to go look for another business that had the materials to help me.

Negative experience today. Appeared to be a race issue unfortunately. Was told to stand in a particular line and watched the service person behind the register take everyone in line of the same race before and after me and then ignored me when I asked when I would be assisted. After enough time and then having the manager also dismiss me, I left. Disappointing.

I got an appointment at 8 am and I was there before the store was opened and I was the last one to leave it took them 2 hours to change my engine oil. After waiting for an hour the assistant manager told me they are about to finish with my car but that wasn’t true I went around the shop and the technician assigned to my car was smoking outside the shop for 15 minutes I came back inside the store and the assistant manager tried to lie to me telling me draining the oil takes an hour . I will never come back again to Pep boys at Tamarac Fl

If you really need to go to pepboys than look for another location. I bought tires with a coupon and set up an appointment and they failed to order the tires, on top of that they kept turning me away during appointments saying I should call in advance.
The purpose of an appointment and online ordering is for the shop to be prepared beforehand but I guess not.

I ordered their tires on a deal buy two get two recently for the Black Friday deal and also the installation fee which came out to 331.98, but the only thing is I called on the day to make sure I got the appointment right just for them to say I gotta call ahead so they could order it, my question is why have an online system just to call to have someone order it. I said it’s alright and he said that Monday they should have it and call at or after 2:30. I called around 3:00 just to get sent to a machine repeatedly telling me they can’t find nobody at the location and that it’ll try again. Nobody answered and when I went to check my credit statement the charge was gone meaning they cancelled my order, and I can no longer get the deal because the expiration for the deal passed. It was just ridiculous.

Unprofessional! It took me almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and they didn't do the rotation! The manager is super rude, he doesn't respond to any of the questions the front desk asks him! I won't be back!

I kid you not I have never been disrespected like this in a long time. Francisco is literally the first manager I’ve ever met in my life that doesn’t seem to understand how to manage, or even talk to people like they’re human beings. And it doesn’t seem he’s nice to his employees either, I witnessed him yelling at one of his techs, terrible look. Never coming here again.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at an establishment. I went there for a simple tire rotation. I left with no tire rotation and a terrible taste in my mouth. The only person there who was actually helpful and seemed to care about my situation, was Jacob. Jacob was the nicest individual there. But unfortunately that place also harbors actual satan spawn, Francisco. That man has no human decency and can’t seem to keep his emotions in check. You as a grown man running a business should understand how to stay calm especially when dealing with customers. This man sat there ridiculed my competence as if I lack some. He also is 0 to 100 way too quick to be a service manager, learn how to act your age and not like a child throwing a tantrum. The boy has no class. Can’t even ask him a simple question without him being extremely out of pocket for absolutely no reason. I somehow managed to keep my composure the whole time unlike him, and I’m a 19 year old woman…put that into perspective…I don’t even act like that on my period, Francisco. I also heard he treats his employees like they’re nothing, do better :/ shout out to Jacob though. I’ve had 3 other people I know that have been serviced by him and he always has a 5 star review in their books. Genuinely a great person. Francisco, you need to get it together and act like the leader you’re supposed to be.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Fransisco didn’t even greet me as I walked in. Then when my car was ready, I asked to be checked out after waiting for over an hour, he yelled at me, and told me not to tell him how to do his job. He was so rude and unprofessional. He then threatened to not give me my car back. I will never go to Pepboys again. Total scammers, overpriced and they hire rude, untrained, and unprofessional employees/ managers.

Extremely dissatisfied with this company service I took my truck there last week and I was advised that my truck will be fixed by Tuesday on Tuesday. They advised me that the wrong part was provided to them by the warranty of the car upon calling the warranty. Turns out that they ordered the wrong part it was not a mistake from the warranty on my vehicle will be returned to me by Wednesday on Wednesday. I called and they advised me that it would be Thursday when I called Thursday. They stated that they never received the part and they were not able to provide me with an answer for the ETA upon calling the warranty back, they stated that they never reached out to them regarding the erroneous order. Then I called this place back to the person who was attending to me that every day that my truck is there, I lose money, the representative then continue to laugh as he placed me on hold to pick up the phone again and provide me with zero answers I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this location. The only helpful person there is Francisco. He is reliable and keep his word when it comes to following up with the warranty company as I said, I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this location , customers deserve better and they do not deserve to be expressing that to their mistake. Their business is losing money at an alarming rate
