I have had to use PEC on a few occasions with my fur babies and I always knew they would be in good hands. Dr. Keiser and his team are very responsive in such emergency situations. I am beyond thankful this place was available when my normal vet was not.

I had a really unfortunate situation occur with my kitty and she had to have her leg amputated. I think it was harder for me than it was for her as any pet owner knows that's the second most devastating decision you can make. The reason for no 5 stars honestly? Is because of everyone BUT Lindsey (Lindsay? I'm sorry) and prices seem a little high. Idk how she does her job so professionally. I would need years of therapy to do what she does so well and so professionally yet compassionately. I wish the other girls that answered the phones seemed as caring and informed as she is. Otherwise 5 stars. Ultimately this review is a shout out to Lindsey/say

My husband and I are so thankful for this place and staff, we had an amazing experience tonight with Margo who helped us out during a very difficult time of trying to find a place to put out puppy down due to her being in pain. Margo made this super simple for us after us searching for a place for hours and not finding help at any other location. You guys were an answered prayer tonight.

I have been coming here for many years when in need of emergency veterinary care. They are always kind, helpful, professional, and truthful. I highly recommend them to everyone!! The prices are reasonable. A few weeks ago we went in with our 6y/o Maltipoo who was in critical state from HGI. The doctors and staff here worked with us and saved our baby. She is herself again all due to this remarkable team!! Thank you!!!

We took are 8 month old bulldog here, at first we thought we took her to the right place.. the 2 staff members who were there and on call took our baby back, a few hours later came out and told us that they would not send our baby home if they didn’t feel she was 100 ok. They took our money gave us miss leading information, sent our baby home and a couple hours later our baby was extremely worse. She ended up passing away a hour after we took her home! This place is a joke!!!!

We just got back from a visit to Pet Emergency Center after a small scare with our dog, Duke. Dr. Kiser and Nicole were both phenomenal. They both had a very calming presence and were sure to communicate with us about everything they were doing for our pup. Nicole listened to our concerns patiently as we panicked and gave more information than they probably needed. Dr. Kiser was efficient and kind as he explained his assessments and processes with us. Also, the adorable decor of very artsy pet paintings helped distract us from our panic. If we ever have another scare for our pet's health after our vet's hours we will definitely come back here. Thanks so much to the staff at Pet Emergency Center for the amazing service!

I'm extremely disappointed in this place, and heart broken. The only reason I choose this place was because it was the only emergency hospital open during the weekend; when my little ferret was having problems due to a blockage in his stomach. They lack compassion, empathy, and I truly believe they don't care about the animals, only the currency. I wasn't reassured at all I didn't feel like they wanted to help, and when the time came they couldn't even tell me WHAT was in his system, only that it was a blockage, regardless for all the test we paid for that apparently didn't help them. Also... one of the staff members actually had the audacity to say, "I've never done surgery on a ferret before" before leaving him in their care... would you want to hear that from the person who's suppose to save your baby?My little man was alive before we went in, but after spending two days there, and a thousand + dollars, he died. I'll never get to play with him again, or be with him. I just wanted more time with him.

They were closed today when hours say they are open. Sign said to go to their other location. That location wouldn't have a vet for two more hours. I used to depend on them. Thankfully I wasn't rushing to them with a serious trauma.

We took our Golden Retriever here on Thursday night when she had a sudden onset of seizures. Kendra Winter was the initial contact. She was wonderful! Dr Jessica Martin was the vet that took care of us. She was compassionate, informative and knowledgeable. We felt that we were cared for and guided properly. It's never an easy thing when the pet you love so much is hurting and sick but we are grateful that we chose this pet hospital to take her to. We highly recommend them.

I fortunately had to drop my 13 year old Blue-haired Yorkie. He had been suffering from an advanced stage of crushing disease... His liver finally gave out and it was reported that he was in diabetic shock. I of course was heart broken- out of panic I called my mom to tell her "mom I think Baxter is dying." She immediately ran over and we took Baxter to this emergency center. Dr Martin was super sweet and very helpful. She explained to me what I was to expect. And I made the decision to put him down later that morning but I begged please let me spend a few hours with him. Her concern of him suffering in pain was valid and I didn't hang on to him but for a few hours. He seemed ok but he was not the same during his final hours. My moms normal vet was able to finish his visit a few hours later. I was prepared to let Baxter go and he didn't seem to exhibit much pain. I miss the b***** so much. I hope that he's in a better place now. I've learned one thing with this experience; cherish the times you have together... because they are gone in a flash.. now I wish I hadn't been so hard on him for leaving p*** on my floor. Now i miss the stinky poops he used to leave. :-(

Went here late at night because my dog possibly got bit by a spider. They were so caring and professional. We walked right in, no waiting, were seen right away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing great care for their pet.
