Thee worst Planet Fitness in South Florida. Very bad and unsafe location, mutiple homeless people live in the parking lot an use the gym leaving it smelly an nasty. Mgmt is all of sudden enforcing lockers for gym bags rather then fixing broken equipment and getting security for the parking lot.

I don’t want to give them a star but I had too.I’ve been reaching out to management over 3 months about my account.Ive been to planet fitness over 8x trying to speak to management.He or She is never in office or in a meeting.When you calll literally the same thing.We’ll take your name and number down management will reach out you.They have a case by case basis.You are telling me 3 months for case by case No one have reach back out to me.Poor management and customer service.Definitely not worth me paying for.Why am I paying for a membership When I can’t get a curiosity call or resolution for my issue over 3 months.

I went with my wife and I saw this two girls with a girl 4-5 years old in a stroller, at the beginning she looked as normal but later we noticed she wasn’t moving as a normal child, she was happy; the mom went to ask if it was ok to have her. I seen kids at gym with their parents. Another girl from seems uncomfortable to see the little girl, so she approached to them and I felt bad for them because kept telling her nonsense to make them leave. How a person can be so discussing?

Worst gym membership ever and location. The employees are rude and after being a customer for 2yrs I canceled because they denied me usuals of the gym due to an unpaid balance of $40. Keep in mind I have been charged $24, $40 and $67 dollars all made up fees. Don’t expect the masher to help because he is just as uninformed as his employees,

Variety of exercise equipments with unlimited hours & massages are available to use after workout routines. In addition, many locations are available in Florida and USA including opens 24/7.

This gym is bogus! After being a guest with a friend at a further location, I was ready to sign up today at this location closer to my home. Their own website says to come in for a free day pass to try the gym out, however when I went there today, I was told they don’t offer free day passes, but she can sell me a day pass for $29. I showed the girl at the desk their website and she apologized and said she can’t do it. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here. I figured the first time was just a fluke. Guess I’ll go down the street to the competing gym company that encourages people to come check their place out.
