This gym is always clean and the staff is very attentive to the customer’s needs. I love that there are plenty of cardio equipment, since I’m a runner.

This gym has 1 of the best trainer, Kensley. Met him at a different location and he has been tremendous. You will achieve your goals once you continue to work with him.

In order to use a locker you need to pay 1$ to rent a lock ???? Not in the contract .

Horrible service. I made an agreement for $10 a month and they charged me $25.70 four times in 1 month! They told me it's a third party named ABC that takes the payments and they can't give me a refund. I requested to speak to management and management is never there. They leave the clueless front desk staff to take the heat. This gym is a disgrace

Planet fitness keeps taking money out of my account several times a month. Ive been dealing with payment issues for at least 3 months. They charged me $58 and then the next week charged me $25.70 and they refuse to give me a refund. I've been dealing with this back and forth with the front desk staff trying to get a refund so I can hurry up and cancel my membership with this deceitful gym and their corrupt business practices

The staff at the Tamarac Planet Fitness is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love the way the club is laid out and my favorites are the Hydro bed and the massage chairs. What a well deserved reward after a great work out.!!
