Terrible treatment by pharmacy associates & pharmacist, truly unprofessional rude behavior. It’s as if I was interrupting their personal agenda to do their job. Shocked that this behavior goes unchecked by Publix management. This Publix is a nightmare anyway & I’m moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy but not a Publix pharmacy. Tried to alert Corporate but they don’t answer the phone due to heavy call volume. Wonder why cause your stores are going downhill and you’re not doing anything to fix the situation. Customers are calling but Publix isn’t listening. Shame on you Publix. Stay away from Sunshine plaza it’s nasty just like the workers.

I gave two stars because a kind young lady help me out & got me out of there.
There is literally no point in making an online order. My pickup time was for 2:55 I arrived at 3:10. No food. At 3:25 I’m told there is no tuna for the salad I ordered lol. No call no nothing. I left around 3:30 with chicken tenders. Literally a waste of my lunch break

Most incompetent Publix around. Waited 35 minutes for a sandwich and got nowhere. 6 workers and only 1 was making sandwiches while the line was 15 deep and the other workers stood around talking to each other. For the sake of your blood pressure, stay away from this place.

THE WORST PUBLIX IVE BEEN TO! The managers are trash: and the employees are a direct reflection of that. This neighborhood market is definitely not friendly at all and sadly it's the first and only Publix I've been to with such horrible service. The deli employees are all rude with attitudes for simply asking a question. I will be escalating this to corporate and beyond!

This chicken tender salad was made with love! All fresh ingredients and packed perfectly. The clerk was super nice and patient. Shopping is truly a pleasure at this location.

This store is pretty clean and organized. I did notice that the cashiers are not too friendly .Customer service makes such a difference with a smile.

this place is rediculous. The people in the deli are completely rude. Throwing things around. I was the only custimer in line and waited 20 minutes before I was asked what I wanted. Don't ask anyone where stuff is because they won't know and are rude. I live right across the street and I will be driving out of my way not to go here.

The New Publix commercial being Aired currently that uses the song " Everyone Eats When they Come To My House"...Is A Racist Commercial. There's no Black People up close in the entire commercial. We are a large consumer in patronizing Publix supermarket. I will not continue shopping at Publix until they change their advertisment excluding black people ‼

I had the best experience at this Pharmacy yesterday! I arrived shortly after my doctor sent my children’s prescriptions in the slight chance that they were filled already. The pharmacist, Aretia Billings, and the cashier, Glanise, were so kind and helpful! My prescriptions were not ready yet but they gave me a time to come back for them and even called me personally to come back when they were ready. I could tell that the pharmacist rushed them for us. My daughter wasn’t feeling well so I was super stressed that day but their kindness made us smile. I’ll only use this pharmacy from now!

I visited the Deli and had the most ridiculous experience one could have going into a Publix! The two employees named Nicole & Lorna, were nothing but nasty as we tried to order our food. As we waited in line, we received nothing but stares & whispers. I looked up and made eye contact to one employees stare, Nicole, & she decided that she would take her lunch instead of serving me! The disbelief is through the roof, I will NEVER visit this location again !!
