Members enjoy state-of-the-art fitness equipment, a smoothie bar, Zen Den, red light therapy, tanning, massage chairs, a pro shop, and personal training. The vibe is calm and not hectic, with people of all fitness levels minding their own business or having fun. Group fitness classes support individual journeys.
