Excellent experience. Helpful and friendly while setting up my storage. Payment easy to process each month.
Prices competitive with other self storage companies.
Clean, air conditioned units.
Upon emptying my unit it was quick and easy. No extra papers to sign, nothing to turn in since the lock was mine.
I would definitely recommend.

I walked in for service, I walked out with service and results. Your employees are assets to your company. While I waited shortly for my turn I observed and was impressed by the relationships your employees have formed with your customers. This is definitely home away from home. Staffers like these are rare to find. The facility is immaculate, clean, well lite and secure. They have cameras everywhere. They also have carts to assist with bring your items in. Thank you Orlaine and Jerome for this excellent customer service. I already feel like family. Thank you Orlaine!!

I had a commendable experience, particularly in contrast to my previous storage facility where I kept my belongings. I was significantly distressed after encountering rats, bugs, and other unknown creatures there. To my surprise, I was paying a substantially higher rate at that unsanitary location. The staff at Safeguard were professional and courteous. If I were to recommend any storage facilities, Safeguard would be my top choice.

Loved my experience here. Jerome showed attentiveness to our needs and got us a really great deal for the time span that we needed. The storage units are clean and spacious and we love the access feature of our phone devices rather than a traditional lock and key.

I have recently had the pleasure of utilizing safeguard self storage facility that not only provided exceptional customer service. The staff was very helpful with moving the equipment out the storage. I didn’t have any issues the facility most definitely recommended.

This is a very well kept location; very clean and organized. Even the bathrooms are spotless. Has state of the art digital access system which makes it easy to access. Lots of carts to get the stuff in and out. Jerome, the manager, and his staff was very helpful in the getting the right unit. The rental process was painless and very straight forward. Great location!! Thank you Jerome!
