I visited briefly tonight. Blue haired working is extremely rude. Always a nasty demeanor when I visit. The other workers are helpful.
This lady with the blue hair needs to not be in a customer facing role
The store is usually pretty well stocked and supplies are easy to locate.

Would be 5 stars if the last time I came they were opened on time. Whomever was scheduled to open didn't until an hr after.
Prices aren't cheap, but have every kind of polish and accessories you may need.

Do not order using the two hour delivery option!!!The will not deliver and will steal your money . I called customer service to get an update on my order and it was supposed to come from this location .They kept the delivery and tip fee for products I never received.

DO NOT EVER use Sally's Beauty Ion Brilliance Color Permanent hair dye! I have been a loyal Pro customer for over a decade and never had any issues with any products. This is now the 4th time I've ordered the same colors (though today I went with a darker color, which didn't change anything). When you open the tube, the usual color is a cream color until you mix it with the developer, as anyone who uses this method knows. The last 2 times I ordered my colors, the dye is coming out fluorescent pink! I thought maybe they changed their formula. NOPE! Not only did my hair come out orange instead of intense red but it gave me hot roots and didn't cover the grays around my face. I called customer service (in India) but I was told I can return the dye to my local store. I asked, "If I dyed my hair the last 2 times, why would I still have the dye and do you think I just leave the boxes and used tubes in the garbage for over a month." Her response... Then there's nothing we can do for you. I had a few choice words before telling her I'll blast Sally's all over the Internet. And here we are. I believe this is product that has been sitting in a warehouse due to the "supply chain" and now they're just trying to get rid of it. Don't waste your money or time!

What a wonderful experience! This was my first time visiting this salon and came in for a basic mani/pedi. Both Allysa and Shelly are not only professional and technically talented in their nail work but also very friendly in their demeanor. The salon was immaculate and inviting. It’s been quite some time since I have enjoyed a salon appointment so much and my nails look gorgeous. I truly recommend their services and will definitely be returning in the future.
