Where's Tina? I always go to this salon, but the person in charge now does not knows ANYTHING about customer service. Today I went at 4:30 p.m. and she told me I couldn't do your nails; I have an appointment at 5 p.m. 😳😳😳 First time I've been treated like this!!! They're only open until 7 p.m. Tina never does that! Please the owner has to respond not the employee. Tina never told come back next day.

The only person that does acrylics, does them horrible, she is not detailed oriented at all. I had to keep pointed at her where she missed to fill the acrylic. Kept leaving gaps. Not doing my nails there anymore.

There is only one nail tech the owner she is very rude does not care what you ask for puts whatever on your nails against your word then trys to charge you for everything she did that you did not ask for such as wrong shaped nails, applying the wrong colors, and ignoring the customers wants. Is in a utter rush an messes up your nails regardless of what you tell her then tries to say the nails took this amount of time when really she messed up on all of them an had to fix them so the extra 2hrs was all her fault in end. Tried to charge for a picture of nails I showed her but did not even attempt to do them as the picture she went off whatever her mind was telling her. Terrible place service and prices no wonder it was empty the entire time. Do not waste your time I went to relax an left more wound up then I ever was before.

I was there this morning and got attended by Angel who is very knowledgeable lady, the work she does with my pedicure is unbelievable good. My 4th time going there, and I will go again

Thank you Salon La vie... My pedicure come out great, there was a lady who made my legs and feet massage for about 15-20min... Was amazing ❤️, definitely I am going back.

Decent mani/pedi, however, I didn't love being scolded by the technician - instead of being encouraged to 'relax' I was told to 'move' in a rather rude way. Utilitarian, and get the job done. However, I was expecting the prices to be a bit lower given the decidedly pragmatic experience.
