My experience at the drive thru service was absolutely terrible today!!! I waited 15 minutes to do a couple deposits and was told by the drive up teller that “next time I should go inside for a large deposit because it’s not fair for other customers that are waiting”. I was waiting way before those customers behind! I’m a customer too! I will never refer anyone to this bank location!! She needs to be fired!

I came here to open a bank account and had the pleasure of having Tristan as my banker, he was absolutely amazing!! Really one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had. Definitely made it a seamless and memorable experience. Very friendly and informative definitely a pleasure to work with and made me very happy to be a new Truist member. Not sure if he’s a manager or anything but if not he definitely needs to be one. He is such an asset to the company and I’ll be telling everyone how great an experience it was so they can bank with Truist too! Thank you Tristan!

I've been banking with this bank for 20 years
Since they became Truist, it's been a horrible bank. Especially the one in Tamarac. Every week they change bankers, no one knows who you are when you come in. Treat you like you are a first timer, they are as cold as can be. Takes forever to make a withdrawals and deposits. After 20 years I am changing banks.

Tellers inside are extremely rude and will make you wait as if they are annoyed you are there. The manager is unhelpful at best she appears to be their friend not their supervisor. Unfortunately 0 stars was unavailable.

I have been banking with BB&T, now Truist, for years. The operations at this branch are perhaps the worst I've ever seen. Roxanne, the branch manager/leader, was inattentive, impolite, unapologetic, and unwilling to help.

A couple of bad experiences first they lost my night deposit for a few days. I went to cash a check for a purchase I was making the money wasn't there. After calling them they stated they Miss placed my deposit. Which in turn cost me the purchase I was making. Another day went to make a deposit there was one car in front of me. The car in front of me sat at least 15 minutes before a teller helped him. When I pulled up they took My deposit put it on the counter and walked away for about 10 to 15 minutes before picking it up and completing My transaction. When you call the branch no body picks up. Poor customer service and when you call the 800 # they don't seem to care spoke to Irish and she just brushed it off.
