You get what you pay for… I guess. The first time I came here I had a great cut from Fabiola- she did what I asked for which is simple- trim and keep long layers. This time I specifically requested Fabiola for my appointment, but instead, when I got there, she was busy taking walk-ins who didn’t have an appointment and I got stuck with the other stylist (not sure of her name). I gave her very detailed instructions and showed her a picture to make sure she understood what I like. She gave me choppy layers and never asked me where I like to part my hair.. in short, I’m not happy with the results.

Gave me the wrong haircut and then told me not to come back. Also said we are not barbers we cannot give you the haircut you want. My stylist, Giselle was rude and did not know basic men haircuts or even what fades or layers are.

Waited 20 minutes to be seen after a scheduled appointment. Was told that they close at 5 and he needed to leave on time. My son got a 10 minute haircut because HE was running late from the previous appointment and HE needed to leave on time. Very disappointed.

I got my haircut by Louis. He was awesome. I love that he wet my hair in the sink before cutting it, and he separated every part and clipped it he did an awesome job. Not only that he showed me what he used in my hat to scrunch it because I have curly hair and it gets really frizzy and it looks amazing
