Franchescha(? this is the name i was told) on 2/19/24 wanted to charge $58 for a hair WASH and light blow dry for my mom, that I brought in from a memory care facility! When I told her I brought my mom in for an actual haircut and wash before and it wasn’t nearly that much, she told me they charge per length to wash hair. Well my momma barely HAS any hair. On top of this, we were not even approached very kindly. Maybe Supercuts should consider compassionate, non judgmental, and honest employees! This is VERY DISGUSTING! I couldn’t go without letting this be known.

Been coming here for about 6 months but time for a change. It’s very close and convenient but the bad has start to outweigh the good. Couple of good stylists (Fabaolia and Rosmary are great) but their booking system is pointless. What’s the point of booking on line if walk ins enter an appointment 2 minutes before the time someone booked online? For example if you book for 12pm and 3 people walk in and enter their information at 11:55am they’ll be in front of you. Happens almost every time I come here. I know, it’s on me for continuing to come here but it’s time to find somewhere else now. Also if the couple good stylists aren’t available good luck.

Was very clear about the bread I wanted. But, instead got two different sides for an event with more than 150 people. Just great and tha of course she says dont pay if you dont like it as if that would help fix the beard when she at the very least can make both sides even.

Fabiola is AMAZING!!!! I walked in with my mom, an hr before closing and asked was it possible if we can both get cuts and she said absolutely!!! She did an AMAZING JOB ON BOTH OF US!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!! THANKS FABIOLA

Drove 15 minutes to get here only to be told they would not honor my reservation for one hour after my arrival time. What's the point of making a reservation if you can't keep your reservation Within a reasonable time

They have no idea about the treatments of de hair. Nutrition, hidratation etc.
