THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I will never ever visit this TD bank again, makes me want to close my account with TD! They are rude rude rude, disrespectful disgusting set of staff from manager to staff rude rude and rude, if I didn’t have to give a star i wouldn’t. I walked in with a happy spirit and ended up leaving seeing RED. Corporate really needs to investigate this staff. Send a secret person in or something, this staff is running all their customers away.

I received information to enroll in an account and receive $400 with qualifying deposits of $2500. Only for the bank to tell me that they were unable to process it. I was ready to open a new account. Please stop sending out these fake enrollments if there not going to be fulfilled.

Had the extreme displeasure of meeting Dwight who I guess was a banker terrible customer service, barely acknowledged me even when I sat down to open a new account was talking to the people coming through the door instead. Then I had an account that was opened previously I put $25 in that I never used so it closed that I never got back by the way so he goes on to tell me how I now need to pay an extra $35 to open an account I asked him well then what happened to the $25 I paid before says he has no idea and to call them I then agree to just pay the $35 he tells me cash only lol the way he even went about the delivery of his messages was so cold and lacking any kind of explanation or information to anything. Robotic and not personal at all. It was overall a terrible experience I see why they’re rates so low and I ended up opening an account with truist instead.

This bank is the slowest branch ever. They take half and hour per customer minimum and they never have enough tellers to help.

Each and every time I've been to this location, I was treated as important, like they truly cared to give me great service, went out of there way to do that. I'm amazed each time I go there. Hope it never changes.

Woke up early to go to the bank it said online they open at 8:30 but I was standing outside 10 minutes only to be told I could not make a withdrawal of $3200 because vault is locked says the manager! RIDICULOUS!!! ITS MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW! WAS TOLD TO GO TO ANOTHER BANK

The worst thing is, I have a constantly good balance in my account. Yesterday I went to withdraw $5000 and they told me that they could only give me $1500. The reason is that the bank had no money. I asked if the next day they said that until Tuesday.....and very bad attitude. from the cashier
