“Jaylen and Valerie were very helpful when I had to come in yesterday.
I initially went to another location in Sunrise and the technician wasn't very helpful and refused to check out my tire after seeing the pressure was low which triggered by tire pressure light to come on.
By the time I got home I could literally hear the air coming out of my tire, so I went to this location in Tamarac and they immediately helped me. Valerie went out to my car and in less than 5 min was able to feel around the tire and tell me there was a nail in it. She took my car back and Jaylen started by paperwork gave me tire options that met my budget and I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Jaylen and Valerie were very friendly and welcoming and made what could've been a very stressful Mother's Day a much easier one.”

“I took my car yesterday at 3:45PM to tire kingdom on commercial for an oil change. The staff/team that was working had wonderful customer service. From walking in, we were greeted with laughter and enjoyment. To waiting less than 10 mins (in and out). When we went to checkout out we were welcome by more of the staff with laughter ?. We left laughing in the rain. Thank you guys keep up the awesome work. I’ll be back for another laughing session.”
