  They deserve no stars. Company hangs up the phone after booting cars trying to resolve issue. Company only accepts cash on site no means of paying fees any other way. Trash company that needs to get into the 21st century.

  Awesome customer service from a driver called David he went above and beyond very polite and respectful young man broke down off commercial and 441 at Publix plaza he picked up my jeep gave me a ride to my place with car hooked up and 5 stars is not enough highly recommend towmaxx great job 👍👏👏👏

  in the place where I live they took my brother's car to this place towmaxx towing, we went to pick up the car and the person named ally who helped us was very rude, when we asked her about the fine she threw the papers against the desk, we asked her questions and she answered us with a super ugly attitude, we felt mistreated by this person ally, it is bad service because even though we accepted not to register the car as a guest, but at least one expects polite treatment, this person does not deserve to be in this workplace, zero management of the public, very bad, I do not recommend that you use this site not even to move your cars when they are stuck.

  Afternoon employee was respectful even though I had an attitude about my car being towed. He was helpful and made sure I got my vehicle promptly.

  What happened to customer service? The first gentleman was very nice and patient( the one who escorted my husband to his car to get his registration). When we returned inside to finish the process up the 2nd individual came off very hostile. ( so confused) I understand you have a job to do, but what was his issue? Yes he explained that he needed to sign the highlighted part (but of coarse he missed a whole section in which he probably was upset he had to pay $$$ so sometimes ppl may not be grasping on what you said or just made a simple mistake for some reason he just came off so rude for no reason, I still don't understand why? The moral of the story is that it doesn't take much to give someone grace when an unexpected event happens in their life. God forbid is something unexpected happen to him. (Shameful)
  I think his name was Steve. With the long dreads, hopefully, it's the correct name. Overall, the stars go to the 1st individual we dealt with who knew how to direct himself in a well-mannered way and represents his company how you are supposed to do. (maybe he was the tow guy) because he had the highlighted shirt on.

  2-3pm i called…. was hung up on and he yelled at me over the phone lol… made me wait on hold for 20 minutes for a boot…. and worst yet ask for marijuana in exchange for a better price/ easier experience

  If I could zero I would, called to have a boot removed and they said they didn’t put it on and asked if I wanted a cookie and hung up.

  The female dispatch that was the overnight shift on July 21st night time to July 2nd morning is extremely rude when I asked her to take off a boot. She doesn’t pick up the phone, she threatened me, and was extremely disrespectful by hanging up the phone. Management please review her calls made on July 22nd during our audit review, she will cause your company a lawsuit! I asked for ner name and she said why do you need that? It was obvious she was aware that she messed up and wanted to stay incognito. 1/5 stars.

  Rude staff said 30-45 minutes I had the booth removed after 5 hours. They hang up when you call to ask for ETA even when I told him I have a doctors appointment that I waited two months for they didn’t care and when I got upset, the driver was two minutes away the Dispatch told him to leave very bad experience. Don’t use this company. If your Property Management you have better towing companies you can going into contract with

  If there was a possibility to give 0 stars i would. This company is probably the worst tow company i have ever had to unfortunately had to deal with. The most unreliable company that told me a 30 min eta everytime i called if he ever picked up the phone. Once my sister and I called from a different number he didn’t recognize he picked up LOL. It shouldn’t take a customer who is paying you $80 for a boot that is clearly an inconvenience already to make it even more of an inconvenience to be blatantly rude and lie about the eta times and that the driver got into an accident (the man over the phone said he was in boca never mentioned a crash lie#2). Once we had him on the phone we asked to stay on the line knowing he wouldn’t answer again and he said “are you going to tell me how to run my business” lol caught by surprise considering someone who works in customer service should know customers are always right even if i was wrong, that’s how you run a properly ran business. Super disappointed they’re unfortunately the tow company in my neighborhood, hopefully it’s voted to hire a new company.

  Terrible service told us 30 mins and it took over two hours to even get here. Once we paid he wouldn’t answer the phone so I called off a number he wouldn’t t recognize and he took our call after two rings soooo sketchy. The office guy also was mad rude, I asked if he could stay on the line with me while he was trying to contact the driver and he asked “are you trying to tell me how to run my office?!” Like sir it was a yes or no question? And a valid one considering he wasn’t reliable to call me back so ya I wanted to stay on the line. Terrible service overall and super sketchy

  Worst company booted my truck and said that there where goin to come at 9:30pm EST that nigh and they came at 10:30AM EST the next day.
