I recently had a disappointing experience at this UPS location with an employee named Angie. When I provided the shipping information, including the destination country, she later falsely claimed I had not given her that detail. I found this not only unprofessional but also frustrating, as I had been clear from the beginning. Additionally, I noticed that she treated another customer of a different race with noticeably more respect and patience, which made the experience feel biased and uncomfortable. On top of that, she quoted me $598 for the shipment, a price that was significantly higher than the quote I received at another UPS location for the exact same service. The entire encounter left me feeling disrespected and misled. I strongly suggest that employees be properly screened and trained before being placed in customer-facing roles, especially in diverse communities where professionalism and cultural sensitivity are essential.

Do not come here if you need anything notarized, the workers are incompetent and have no idea how anything works. Needed my lease notarized and they told me the leasing agent of the apartment had to be present in order for them to notarize it. Went to the other ups on the other side of university and they did it with no issues.

The team here is INCREDIBLE! They are always so willing to help, always have big smiles on their faces, and always go above and beyond for their customers. I frequent this location (Amazon happens to be an addiction of mine) and we have it down to a science like a well oiled machine, and they NEVER make me feel judged with my huge bags of returns. Highly recommend visiting this location for whatever your shipment needs are, it’s always a delight! 15 out of 5 stars!!!! Bilingual too ☺️

Went to drop off a package and the lady stood there behind the counters looked at us. We were there 10 minutes early, but she made sure she didn’t open up that door till 10 o’clock and the strange thing is she just stood there and looked at us the whole time like we were going to go away. I guess so much for personalized customer service something that has disappeared from our society. now it’s 10 o’clock and now she’s getting ready to open up as three customers wait outside.10:02 finally opens the door
