This is my first time coming to this location and this will be the last time. I had a ugly experience with one of your younger employee's. She's rude to everyone and doesn't want to be bothered with your problems. Please hire better staff to do customer service.That was horrible customer service.

Worst post office ever if you can avoid this post office you are better off . The staff is slow, and full of nothing but attitude.. The workers are rude especially a young lady named Ebony attitude is an understatement ..

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Beware! If I can give this location 0 stars I would. This place is a mess and so is the staff. Do yourself a favor and read reviews before you any business here. I came in around march to return my phone to T-Mobile. I was given a shipping label and the box to return the device with USPS. When I got there there was a long line and when it was finally my turn I was greeted by the shorter plus sized box woman. I explained to her what I was shipping, she mentioned she has t mobile and knew what the process was like and told me I’m good to go and no receipt was needed. Come to find out 3 months later I’m being charged $800 for t mobile because they never received the device. On their system it was never checked in my USPC. I’ve tried everything, talking to USPS, supervisors and support and they can’t help me back. The supervisor was blaming me for not getting a receipt and defending her employee. It seems like they are covering for each other

New to the area it has been 3 months and I have not received any of my packages or mail, despite them all saying delivered and scanned directly at my home. I have called multiple times opened multiple cases and nothing! The carrier is in the area every day she leaves I get delivery notification, but no package!

Terrible service. 5 attempts to resolve. Issue with mail waited over a hour the last time for a “supervisor” to come out the back… never did see them. Gave up after a hour.

Packages get stolen, They lie about delivery. Place is an absolute mess. Their computer systems have been down for a week.
They should just close this location down and start over.

Came here to drop off a package, I needed tape so I asked one of the employees, she told me they no longer have tape available. I left got some tape came back and saw another customer using USPS tape and return it back to them. There was also only one machine working and an extremely long line. I will not be returning to this location

The line is wrapped around the building, and there is only one person working at the counter. There are epic amount of employees chitchatting inside. I have been here multiple times, and this is how it is every time. Very disappointing!

This was my first time at this location. This location is really bad. I walked in to a huge line with NO employees at the front desk. I was wondering what was going on for 10 minutes until 1 employee came from the back and started tending customers. Finally I get to the lady and she doesnt even scan my package. The tracking still hasnt updated since I dropped the package off. Is my package delivered? Is it on the way? Is it lost? I'll never know. I am going back to the location today to see what happened but I doubt I'll get an answer. This experience took money from my pocket and did not deliver on the service at all.

Terrible experience every time I come to this location. Today there was only 2 people for tons of costumers and the line went till the front door all waiting for them to come. Both of them only decided to take care of packages on the back at 6pm looking at all the people waiting instead of taking care of the costumers in line . I waited for 1 hour just to send a letter to my husband which is away from home in military. Definitely don’t come here unless you want to have long wait.
