Excellent service by Joe. There was a system issue whereby we spent over 8 hours attempting to resolve the matter. Joe, showed phenomenal patience in resolving everything. Everyone in the store was polite, respectful, and efficient and definitely effective.

Joe was just great! He was so helpful and informative. Give this guy a raise! He deserves the best!! Joe was able to help with an upgrade that had complications. He was so patient and accommodating. Not only did I get an upgrade, but was able to save a lot of money monthly. He also helped uncover a charge I had been paying for more than a decade that I was unaware of and it was for a service I never used. Again, so helpful and so customer oriented! If you visit the Tamarac Verizon store make sure you ask for Joe!
