Walgreens Pharmacy at
3914 W COMMERCIAL BLVD
Tamarac, FL 33309.
The employee by the name of Amari Osouna, was very rude, and unprofessional.
I wasn’t acknowledged at the Drive Thru in order to complete my transaction
The representative looked at me through the glass and chose to clear a line that was not there at my time of arrival and when I made the pharmacist aware of my dis satisfaction it was acknowledged however I remained slighted in my feelings.
I had an non ambulatory passenger /family member and there is no reason for me to use a terminal designed for such and be treated non empathetic at the less while doing the same customer action as those who arrived after
I am disappointed at the customer service I received and I would like this matter to be addressed with tact and non duplicity
When I mentioned my concern to the pharmacist David regarding my experience, I was informed by Mr.David that “it’s not going to do any good to complain, because it’s just going to come back to me”. I asked Mr. David what is he going to do about the poor customer service that I received by Ms. Osouna, and he did not have a response for me.
I would like to have either a phone call or email regarding this situation.

Good employees can make or break the store experience. Employees should take the time to know the store policies, customers shouldn’t know more about a refund/ return policy than the manager. Finally, a simple exchange of Walgreens product for Walgreens products should not end with a customer leaving the store upset.

It was a very bad experience at the Pharmacy. The young lady by the name of Courtney should be trained in how to treat a customer. She was unnecessarily rude and unsensitive... I will bring my business and prescription to somewhere else... bummer I loved this place.

This is the worst walgreens the staff is never helpful and always rude - I suggest you go to the nearby cvs for passport photos.

I called to check if they have an item in stock the manager a Jamaican lady said to me she is going paper work in the back office and it’s only her and another lady here!!! And she would have to get up and go look if they had it in stock I told her ok I will wait! She said ima wait till she done with her paper work before she does check!!! WOW!!! I am flabbergasted! Don’t be mad when robot doing ur job cus u can’t provide a lil customer service too lazy I guess to check! At least a robot will go check and damn well might greet u too!!! Bout wait till she done paperwork I am flabbergasted

Placed an order online and paid, once I received the email to pick up the order I arrived at the correct location ready to pick up my order. The woman helping me was unable to locate the order within the system and said I placed it for pickup at the incorrect location(although I was able to show proof the address on the order was the correct Walgreens location for pickup. I asked for a refund and received such a nasty attitude from the manager who provided no assistance at all to try an accommodate a uncomfortable situation (since I paid for the order weeks in advance) and was simply told to repurchase my order and there was nothing he can do and walked off. The order was located and I was told "you should have placed a note stating the order was from corporate." I do not work for Walgreens nor was given an option to place a note for Walgreens workers to know how to locate an order placed within the system that has employed them to assist customers like myself. I believe the manager and associate were both in the wrong and could have handled the situation with a bit more common knowledge of how their photo operations work, as not all customers place the same orders each day and no customer should be treated unequally. Walgreens as a company you should teach your staff and supervisors at this location better customer service skills and etiquette because as a long time customer of placing online orders and picking them up with ease, even if an issue arrives, I'm highly disappointed with how this situation was handled with a simple order that was on the desk in front of them the entire time.

They need to hire managers that have actual customer service, ask the manager for help and she was rudely dismissive and did not offer any assistance

Today I went to buy two boxes to dye my hair and the truth is that it always takes me a while to choose because I like to mix different colors. While I was choosing colors, a tall, thin, black-haired woman named Margaret (an office manager, according to one of the employees) approaches me and tells me that I put something in my bag, implying that I was stealing, followed by saying that she had on video and that I look like one of them; besides saying that she had organized that display all morning and I was undoing and destroying everything, which is not true.I told her to call the police and I would be happy to wait for them because that was a tremendous accusation, as well as racist and stereotypical.You have the worst manager in the world, what was she referring to when she said "you look like one of them" It's not possible that because I took my time to choose she decided to accuse me of stealing! that's absurd! but I hope they have the same energy when they receive the respective lawsuit for racism and stereotyping of a person. She doesn't know how to treat customers and the worst thing is that she never showed her face again and of course she never called the police, because she has NO evidence of anything and it was just a stupid accusation, from an ignorant person.

Shannon put me on hold for 10 min & hung up. She couldn't answer my question cuz she was busy entertaining her child & bf. Worst service ever. Didn't even acknowledge me at check out. ?
