Today I went to buy two boxes to dye my hair and the truth is that it always takes me a while to choose because I like to mix different colors. While I was choosing colors, a tall, thin, black-haired woman named Margaret (an office manager, according to one of the employees) approaches me and tells me that I put something in my bag, implying that I was stealing, followed by saying that she had on video and that I look like one of them; besides saying that she had organized that display all morning and I was undoing and destroying everything, which is not true.I told her to call the police and I would be happy to wait for them because that was a tremendous accusation, as well as racist and stereotypical.You have the worst manager in the world, what was she referring to when she said "you look like one of them" It's not possible that because I took my time to choose she decided to accuse me of stealing! that's absurd! but I hope they have the same energy when they receive the respective lawsuit for racism and stereotyping of a person. She doesn't know how to treat customers and the worst thing is that she never showed her face again and of course she never called the police, because she has NO evidence of anything and it was just a stupid accusation, from an ignorant person.

Shannon put me on hold for 10 min & hung up. She couldn't answer my question cuz she was busy entertaining her child & bf. Worst service ever. Didn't even acknowledge me at check out. ?

Wendy is the best pharmacy employee I've ever encountered. She's always polite and helpful and I know it can't be an easy job. And this might sound like a small thing but just recognizes and remembers me before I even give her my name. Something so small means alot to people. She no doubt deserves a raise or a bonus.

I called earlier today and put in delivery for my medication. Got confirmation it would be delivered today and it wasn't.I called pharmacy to see what was going on and he was so rude saying it was too late that it would be delivered tomorrow.Not sure why, all they do is call Door Dash.I asked him when it would be delivered and he gave me 3 different times, 11am then he said 12, then between 1 pm and 5pm.I asked him why it couldn't be delivered in morning and he hung up on me.I then called customer service who said she would put in complaint to upper management. I asked her couldn't she call him and find out what was going on ? She put me on hold then disconnected me. After reading all the bad reviews Iit appears upper management doesn't do anything.

I’m in the customer decide industry and I have been ever since I can remember but I was raise in Tennessee where people are very different and treat people the way they want to be treated. So with that being said, today my doctor sent my meds in st the Walgreens on the corner of 441 and Commercial and to my surprise after 3 and a half hours I hadn't been notified that they had even received it so I called because it was imperative that I start them today. They said it wasn’t in their system so I called the doctor back. An hour later I called back and spoke to the pharmacist and still nothing. This time the doctor called back and said he spoke to the pharmacist himself and that they were working on it. Well I waited for it to notify me on my app but it never did so considering it was Sunday and the pharmacy closes at 6pm, I called to inquire. I asked to speak to the pharmacist but she was busy and the tech asked if she could help so I gave her my name and date of birth. She said she had three ready for me however when I got there they said the date of birth was wrong. Are you serious??? Here I am sick as a dog, I drive all the way here after calling to make sure my meds are ready and you tell me I can’t get them. Granted the pharmacist said she called the doctor but that they would be closing. I told her I didn’t appreciate it and that they lacked in customer service. They need to empathize more with their customers and she said how much more should they have to empathize because she called the doctor. I said but didn’t you talk to him earlier and she said she did not. So pretty much she was calling him a liar because he told me he had talked to her directly. The point I’m trying to make is that I spoke to someone who said my meds were ready for pickup and I gave her my birthday. Not one time did she mention that the doctor put my birthday in wrong. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this Walgreens that’s why I moved my prescriptions to Davie but seen it’s just as bad there…I think it’s just a Florida thing. They know nothing about customer service so Walgreens y’all need to train your employees better on how to green your customers cause that’s who pay your checks!

This will be one of two reviews. Went in tonight to pick up my photos. Ordered them a month or two ago and earlier this week and earlier today. No one was at the photo counter and I went to the front check out clerk, who causally was talking to a security guy (with her leg propped up on the bagging counter) to ask her can she call someone to the counter so I can pick up my photos. She told me they wasn’t ready, didn’t ask my name didn’t go over there nothing. Just said if you did it after 1 they ain’t ready. Mind you, I have 2 other orders that is ready even if the one for today isn’t.I showed her the text messages that said it was ready to be picked up! Then she said, I’ll be over after I finish checking these people out. I said okay no problem! She never came! Her name VALERIE! Don’t be like Valerie guys actually take some interest in job and customers!

Wanted to buy FloNase. Its behind a locked door. Asked the manager behind the front counter to help. She said she will be right there. After 15mins of waiting, she never showed up. Saw her later restocking a shelf. Thank goodness this isnt my usual pharmacy. Thank goodness for CVS

This is the second time I've been unable to pick up 100 western union transfer from this GLOBAL company. Their an embarrassment to the EU label at this rate. I spend that amount per week in this company, yet they are repeatedly unavailablewith this supposed provided service. Time, money, and energy are wasted in these disappointments.

Omg if I could give zero reviews I would. So rude and incompetent staff. Everytime I go here it's a bad experience. And they talk so nasty to u. Walgreens needs to do a better job at customer service. Smile and help ppl. They dont wanna check a fedex package for me bc it's at night. Pregnant women if they lazy then dont work. But dont come with some attitude

Let's just say the employees overall were nice and noticed registers getting backed up which was nice. Challenge is these stores are not franchise stores. The price online for contact solution was 9.99 and also had a 3.00 in store digital coupon. We loaded coupon in advance before arriving. First ... product rings up 14.99 that's a 50% increase ! The coupon won't work and they blame system. They cannot price match nor manually add coupon. Seems strange that even management can help ... Luckily this is not our local store and will never likely return. Just seems sad that a major drugstore on most every corner cannot standardize prices and offers. Bloated corporations I suppose.

David is one of the best managers. We've been a Walgreens family because of David the head pharmacist for over 20 years. David is above and beyond with his service and care.
