Went to this branch to open a business checking account at 9AM, I was ask to wait, the Manager or Supervisor asked me if I was already a customer and if had all the documents for my business in order and I said Yes, after waiting for about 10 minutes she comes out an tells me that they give priority to appointments only. And that I need it to come back the next day or make an appointment thru the APP, After I told her that I didn’t know that opening a business checking account was such an hassle, she replied is not. I told her for me it is. This is probably the only bank that I know of that will turn away business. I have been regrettable a customer Since 2006. Will open my business checking account at my local credit union instead.
Thanks for nothing, and for waisting my time.

LESS THAN ONE STAR-NEGATIVE STARS!!! The customer service in this bank is the WORST I HAVE SEEN TO DATE!!! ONLY ONE TELLER AND EVERYONE ELSE IN THE BANK IS EITHER IN THE BACK DOING ONLY GOD KNOW WHAT OR ELSE TALKING TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE!!! Then the person who appeared to be a 'SUPERVISOR" told me that the teller would be ready to help me out but that was a lie!!! ALL TOLD I SENT 45 MINUTES IN A BANK THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT SERVING IT CUSTOMERS PROPERLY!!!
THEIR VERSION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN MY OPINION A TOTAL JOKE!!! BAD ONE AT THAT!!!

This has got to be the most horrible bank I have ever been too they always have 1 or 2 tellers no matter how busy it is no one comes to help the tellers and it takes forever if you want to talk to someone….. This bank don’t care about their customers at all . Even the tellers they have are slow you think someone was getting a loan or buying a house at the teller counter

this is the worst Wells Fargo you can ever. Wells Fargo should just close this location down. Here are my reasons:1) they do not open up on weekends2) They have a drive-through that they hardly ever use.3) They are one of the most unknowledgeable, unhelpful, and unattended. Bank staff I have ever met. One staff in particular. The one that looks like a donkey sitting on a high horse always has gloves like you work at a hospital. She needs to be fired immediately.4) They wasted 45 minutes of my time.As a loyal Wells Fargo customer for the past 25 years. I will never go back to this bank.

Patiently waited in line for about 45 minutes, with our children, just to get to the front for the lady to tell us we could not deposit a check because it had two names on it. We are both there, it’s our two names. She tells us because it says “and” between our names instead of “or” that means both our names had to be on the account.Waste of our time. And we researched that later on and it’s NOT the case. As long as both of the people are there and sign, it is perfectly legal to deposit. I think those folks wanted to go home and weren’t really trying to do their job.Several people ahead of us had problems with their accounts and that should have been our red flag ?????? .

This bank is a joke. I was 1 of 2 customers there and was told I needed an appointment, after waiting in line (again with only one other customer in there). I had everything I needed card ID etc. Terrible customer service. I walked out and will just switch banks at this point.

This banks parking lot is disgusting. There was a used douche in front of the ATM machine on Saturday 6/26/22. It smells of urine and is full of trash. Disgusting!!

I don't recommend this branch. There are always people loitering by the ATMs and they keep their doors locked during business hours. That makes for a very uncomfortable experience and makes me think this location isn't very safe.

I got over charge for a fee that I never had to pay at any other branch. I asked for a manager the teller Sophia told me she’s the manager. So the teller is the manager. Terrible experience avoid this branch of possible. No wonder the reviews are terrible
