I came to Xfinity for WiFi and was told about a promotion to come to Xfinity mobile and I would get $400 towards the buyout of my phone from my previous provider. Long story short, not only was I NOT informed of all of the requirements to qualify, the promotion was already over at the time I did the switch so I wouldn’t have gotten it anyways. I’m now almost 2 months past when I was told I would get the $400 buyout, about 3 hours of my time on the phone with customer service and have been to two different Xfinity stores 4 times and am now being told I’m sol. This store is misleading and wrong and terrible customer service. I don’t remember her name but the sales rep that told me has a septum piercing. I’m done wasting my time on this issue and am going to be switching providers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. They LIE just to get your business. Go somewhere else save your time and money,

Lazy workers that dont care. I walked in with new iPhone I need old number transfered super easy stuff and they couldn't help i was told I need to go to corporate store as I am business account not regular.. ended up doing it all myself on the app which they could of helped my navigate and get done in half the time but once again they are just lazy l and unhelpful in every way possible

I usually do not get very good service through Xfinity, however, today I had a very positive experience. Both the technician that came out to my home to fix my Internet and Dylan at the tamarac location were extremely helpful, polite, and professional. Nice to see people who still believe in service with a smile

Bianca was the absolute best!! We had a horrible experience with AT&T and wanted to go try Xfinity. We rushed to this store and managed to make it 20 minutes before close. Bianca immediately helped up get everything set up for our WiFi in our new home. She was so understanding and kind. She got us out of there in 15 minutes and got us the best deals all with a smile on her face!!! Xfinity is so lucky to have her!

It's been a month since I went into the store in Tamarac for my new Xfinity service and I promised I would write about the people in this store and usually after a month most people won't remember the person that helped them or their name but I do and I need to let everyone know when I went into the store because I signed up with Xfinity that the store was so clean and had customers all around but everyone seemed to be getting taken care of and what GREAT LUCK I had because the lady that just finished helping someone ask me if I needed anything and I said yes and what's your name and her name was and is Heidi and she was so much more than great !
She was so professional and a million percent knowledgeable and she didn't treat me nice .... She treated me GREAT !
Especially a lot of us senior citizens that aren't really familiar with things these days but she sure knew how to make me so comfortable for a customer and a stranger that had never been to that store before.
She didn't treat me like a customer is really how I remember, she treated me like I was part of her family and I was so glad I got on the Xfinity team and to get lucky enough Heidi to help me especially as it was later in the day and how most workers need to wrap up their day. I felt very comfortable as well after searching the internet and going to many store in search of a new phone after 17 years, Heidi also showed me the galaxy 25 and now I own it and am very happy with it after a month of using it.
She also explained everything I could think of and answered everything as well and I already got my first Xfinity bill and just as she said my bill is lower than the att people Plus I got to keep my landline number that I almost lost after 50 years when that complay also didn't let me know was about to happen and actually did happen that week. That's why I was panicking and rushed into the Xfinity store.
I am 1 million percent letting everyone know I recommend Heidi who I believe has worked there maybe around 6 or 10 years, to go see for any phone needs and it probably won't get any better than that.
