Customers Services is sp rude. AS I was declining their 4100 move with a 50% discount for a 1 bedroom from fl to Colorado. The agent hung up.

Jackson was amazing. He made the process quick and easy. Really helped me out in a very bad pinch the PODS left me in. He made everything OK and I was so relieved. He really worked with me and I so appreciate him and the company. Very professional and respectful.

Just got off the phone with Richard and he was able to bail us out on our home project that was pushed back. We needed another unit, everything with the first unit went great, and I called up and he and his team were able to get us squared away for a tomorrow delivery so our new furniture doesn’t go into a house that still needs final coat of spackle and spray texture and paint. Thank you to Richard for getting the logistics squared away. Can I recommend having a survey added to your call line so your great workers can be rewarded for their service. Thanks again.

Customer service is horrible... well over one hour (and still waiting) to speak with anyone. (Amazingly enough, if you go the route of a new service, they answer almost immediately. However, they transfer you over once they find out you are a current customer.) It should not take this long to be able to discuss my current order. If it takes this long for current customers, take this as an indication there are many issues/concerns with their product.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Total mismanagement from top to bottom. Don’t be fooled by their low prices — you truly get what you pay for. Their online system has never worked in over a year of using three containers. Each time, I’ve spent nearly an hour on hold for customer service. Payments are processed randomly, even when you’ve set a preferred card. It’s shocking how broken their IT system is — they should fire the entire department. Nothing about their service works as promised. Avoid this company at all costs; it’s a complete nightmare.

THE WORST COMPANY TO RENT FROM!
Needed a storage unit at our home after the hurricanes.
Bought the “Insurance” to protect our stuff.
The unit had holes in the roof and seals that we did not know about that allowed water to get in and ruin a bunch of our stuff.
We filed a claim, which takes 90 days to process…And they denied it based on a mine in their contract which basically says, load at your own risk….
Basically, bumpy paying for the insurance, you are just paying them more and they get to deny any wrong doing or damages from their unit being the reason your stuff get damaged.
Make sure to read all the contract and just go with someone else.

Total scam. Paid for 10 months of climate-controlled storage after hurricane Helene, but they never moved my things into a climate unit—just kept charging me, even tacking on an extra month.
When I called, they were rude, lied straight to me, and refused to make it right. They took advantage of me when I was already dealing with disaster. Avoid this company at all costs.
