I frequent this establishment quite often. It truly is a welcoming place to do business. Very modern, clean and it’s location to both Downtown Tampa and Westshore District is a huge bonus. Love it !

Great complex, people are very helpful. Parking is the only hassle if it's busy. Everything is very clean and modern.

Incredible building! Great tenants and awesome management. I'm so happy my business is there. I really enjoy all the terrific amenities the building has to offer plus LEED Certs is a win/win for me.
