Doesn’t matter if I come at 1 am or 3 am or even 11pm the doors are always locked. How don’t make money if you’re always locked up. People just sitting inside starting at people at the door. Absolutely ridiculous
Other time it’s bc one person is mopping, that’s not a reason to lock the door, that’s why you have wet floor signs.

The girl behind the counter greet me in Spanish. Then when she realized I didn't speak Spanish, she treated me like garbage. She didn't hand me anything, she literally tossed it on the counter. It's a miracle they get any customers with how rude the workers are.

Literally every product is marked up 200% from any other gas station in Tampa. Almost $6 for a coffee drink or Celcius, $7 for a pack of Zyns. Possibly the worst convenience store ive ever been to do not buy from here under any circumstances

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Lazy pos night shift workers locking the door and actively ignoring me, then proceeding to shoo me away.
Why is it that so many people can't even do the bare minimum anymore for customer service. I how you losers get fired and can't get a job because you don't deserve one.

On Saturday September 16/2023 in the morning I went to this location to fill up the gas tank, I entered the store because pump #12 said that I had to pay inside the store, I said good morning, the older man did not respond, I said to put 40.00 dollars, I know that if you calculate and if the amount of gas I put in my car was less, they would immediately give you the credit if I put in more money, but in this case the old man also had a bad attitude because nothing came out of gasoline, he got upset he thought it was my fault, he came back and tell me to wait he went in the store he came back again to tell me that I could now use the pump, I filled my car with 35.67 out of 40.00 dollars, never happened to me before, that i have to wait many days to get my credir back to my card be careful when buying gas at that 7 Eleven. Maybe the owner doesn't know anything about the bad experiences that customers have had. I hope he knows so his business can continue.

Evening workers are rude always on there phone, never say hello or ty. To busy talking on there phone to interact with customers.Very unprofessional staff during the evenings.Doubt the owners care, since there family.Have seen a lot of customers walk out because of the staff in the evenings.
