This was one of the best gas stations in the area years ago but now there is no parking space because of the Uber drivers who are there all day. I prefer to go to Wawa.

Worst 7 eleven I have ever set foot in. I stopped in after a flight to get coffee for my long drive home. The employee was talking on the phone the whole time. There was no coffee, no coffee at 7 eleven. I then made a late using the machine. It was just steamed milk. When I informed him of that, he walked over, still talking on the phone, and said no coffee. He literally just needed to fill the container with coffee beans. He was rude and lazy. I wouldn't stop here for gas. Keep going. Just drive by to the next gas station.

I visited the 7-11 on Cypress Street on 2nd July 2024 and found two pleasant employees at the counter. I made my payment for the items I picked and as I was walking out the door, I noticed that my phone was missing. I returned to the counter and it wasn’t there and the lady I made the payment to told me that she hadn’t seen it. I returned to my hotel thinking that I might have left it behind but when I got there and had the receptionist call my number, my number was unreachable. I returned to the 7-11 to request that they playback the surveillance footage from that morning which showed that I had entered the store with my phone but didn’t have it when I was picking up my sunglasses and purse to walk out. The lady in the back office who played the camera then asked me where I put my phone yet it was clear that I lost it at the counter and she declined to show me the surveillance footage after I picked my purse which I found odd. I left a review more than 2 days ago bit.ly/711Reviews so please don’t ask me to do that again. I feel that the situation could have been handled better especially after I explained that I wasn’t from around the Tampa area and it was clear that my phone was my only means of communication.

Broken pumps and long lines. Only come here if you absolutely have to. Otherwise it’s best to find another station more equipped for the amount of rental car traffic in the area.

Just dropped in to get gas. It had a fairly clean lot. It's close to the airport and easy to get back to rental car return. It didn't seem like a sketchy area and was close to other rental car lots.

Yesterday 01/132024 at 11 pm we came to buy pizzas (2 whole pizzas and 8 free soft drinks according to the active 7eleven portion) and the very rude cashier said that there was no such promotion and that I had to pay almost 48 dollars for the purchase something that seemed unusual to me given that it is a 7eleven promotion, not a promotion from the cashier or the manager. We are Uber drivers and I commented that this is not the first time that this has happened with this same person who wants to get paid without caring about the existing promotion, they should attend to this type of things since they are stealing from customers and when you complain they only tell you that if you don't like it, go somewhere else to have a snack

Restrooms and pumps are constantly out of order. Also, many times when I go to buy something there is no parking due to Uber/Lyft drivers hanging out there and just talking trash.

I've been going there for about 8 months now, and the floater that is there on Monday nights and Friday nights is extremely lazy and is always on the phone. There is never any coffee made, and when asked, he says to use the espresso machine. It's just not the same. Think you should look for someone who is willing to work.
