The cashier on service today 03/09/25 at noon is sooooo rude with customers, she never said hello, welcome, have a good day to any of the 5 customers present along with myself today, in too of that she addressed in such a rude way to all of us separately, she needs to be removed from interacting with customers, even did a racist commentary to few Cuban customers there that they never offended her and she mistreated them saying I am from Puerto Rico nothing to do with Cubans, she needs to start stacking merchandise or cleaning or doing something else but interact with customers

I accidentally dropped a chicken roller on the ground and when I asked for them to toss it out for me, the old lady working the register next to the one im in line for (I assume manager/lead/supervisor working on friday at 7:30am) cut me off and said "IF YOU DROP THE ROLLER YOU ARE RESPONSIBILE FOR IT". I ask her "Can you just throw it out for me?" And yelled at the poor girl working the counter in front of me telling her "RING HIM UP FOR IT HE NEEDS TO LEARN RESPONSIBILITY!!" Responsibility for WHAT??? A BOGO 50cent chicken roller are you kidding me?
If you drop a $30 vase at walmart they wont make you pay for it, but at this 711 they just HAVE to milk you and degrade you in front of everybody just to milk every cent they can out of you like it comes out of their paycheck. What a sad pathetic life to live.
I have 0 issue paying an extra 50 cents for a chicken roller that accidentally dropped. But the attitude this person had towards her customers and I assume humanity in general is just a depressing way to start my morning. I am so sorry for anyone who has to work alongside her and I am truly sorry for any of her children who had the misfortune of being raised by her.

I came to get gas And went inside to use the restroom stood there for about 10 minutes and then I asked one of the workers if they keep it locked or something and she goes that’s broke use other one after she walked by me about 10 different times

When they first opened everything was clean and up to par. Not sure what happened but they are lacking cleanliness. From the coffee area to the floor. The bathrooms lord my son needed to use the bathroom women’s was out of order went to the men’s and boom. A mess everywhere the floor was dirty, no toilet paper, and the toilets were dirty.

On weekends you can't go to that gas station, the atmosphere is very bad, the pumpsGaz full pure waste of time

Air pump has been broken for several weeks. Gas stations are required to have a working air pump. Also, the taco restaurant inside is always closed.

The best pandebonos in all of Tampa. They gotta make this 7/11 one of the 7 wonders of the world. Yes. Pandebonos in 7/11. You won't find better tasting pandebonos anywhere. Not even in Colombia.

I will never do business here again. You wait in line for nearly 10 minutes when you have only 15 minutes for break. They allow people to cut right in front of you and won't even tell that person there is a line on front of you. 3 times this happens. Managers won't help their employees even if, the line is long. You best know what you use to pay because they will short change you.
