Walk in and the older lady with the grey/silver hair sold me a faulty gas container that leaked out the gas out through the sides as you poured it and then when I tried to return it after filling it up with their gas after purchasing the gas and pouring it she was not going to REPLACE it nor give me back my money. Horrible customer service , absolutely horrible. Thank God for good people , the TECO man that was standing next to me in line , he had a funnel and was able to help me out in my circumstance with their bootlegged/faulty gas container that 711 sold me and was unwilling to make things right with their customer.

Older lady with grayish hair has a bad attitude . One moment she's OK then she changes and threatens to trespass everyone. If she a bad day at home leave it there.

I JUST MOVED TOO THIS AREA, i go in too buy some snacks for my kids but before I ASKED IF I COULD USE THE RESTROOM AND THE store manager Denise stated to me that she can't allow me to use this restroom because it was broken due to people who have died in this store in her restroom?????? She then looked up and down at me and said "SORRY I CANT LET YOU USE MY BATHROOM? WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS? THIS HAPPENED BETWEEN 2:50 AND 3PM! I DONT WANT A RANDOM APOLOGY! I WANT CORPORATES NUMBER!

I will give my humble opinion, the lady from before who served me this morning thinks she owns 7 and 11. I won't say bad words for the rest of the lady, but she doesn't have to react like crazy for such a simple act. Grow up, lady, or rather, she's already rotted 😂 having money in the box and being told you can't take out just because of a misunderstanding, say don't come back to my store or she's the owner's mother or she thinks she's the first lady.

Was on my way to the zoo and was having a bathroom emergency with one of my kids and was declined a bathroom due to “damages” but it had an employee only sign on it. Was going to buy something as well. This entire area it’s almost impossible to find a bathroom. Just crazy to me for sure so close to a family experience. Had to go out of my way to find someone to even find this out. Also really weird music blasting.

I stop here almost every morning and the ladies are so nice. I pass by at least 3 other 7-Eleven's on the way to work and always come to this one. Its always stocked up and clean.
