Poorly managed by the owner who throws a fit if he even has to engage with the customer. I was verbally attacked for asking him to assist an employee who had a difficult customer. The customer was demanding a price be honored that was posted in the store and the employee was refusing saying it was mis labeled. It was was holding the line up and when i asked him to assist. He exploded on me. It was pathetic behavior from a pathetic man

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my OCD practically did a cartwheel walking into this 7-Eleven (corner of Fletcher and Rome). I mean… immaculate. It’s not just the cleanest and most organized 7-Eleven I’ve ever been in — it might be the cleanest and most organized convenience store on the planet. Shelves lined up like they went through military inspection. Floors so clean I debated taking my shoes off out of respect.
And the cherry on top? The cashier was lightning-fast and genuinely friendly — like, “made-my-day” level friendly.
This place just earned a permanent spot on my daily route. Other convenience stores… take notes. Or maybe just take a broom.
10/10 would tidy up my life here again.

Just had to use the ATM, but there were no issues. The store is nicely laid out with handicap accessible entries (which was good for me on my scooter). ATM was in the back of the store. A/C was working, and staff kindly ignored me as I made my way about the facility. Would come back if I needed some 7-Eleven goods.

The female manager who works in the morning is SO helpful and kind. She went out of her way to help me with an item and she was very fast. I did not get her name but thank you so much!!!

Put $2 in vacuum vacuum and it didn't work, turns on but no suction at all.I Went back in store told them it stole my money, isn't working and needs an out of order sign. Didn't reimburse me and didn't go out to put a sign on it.. so this vacuum is just ripping off customer after customer and no ones being reimbursed their $2. Scheming if you ask me..

I need to stop wasting my time with this BS "convenience" store. There's nothing convenient about it! Rude staff (late shift), out of stock on "staple" items, oven gets turned off just so that 3rd shift dude everyone complains about doesn't have to do much..... Seriously, I'm done with 7-Eleven in general. I'm redeeming my thousands of points and staying away from all your stores thanks to this one. By far the worst convenience store I've been to, and that's a lot coming from someone who lived in Jersey most of his life. ✌?
