I never leave reviews ever but this is a must. I came in last night with a group of people and we grabbed a handful of items. The cashier last night tried to slip in some sort of vape pen and then double charge me for a bottle of champagne and snacks. I called him out on it and he tried to play it off. He said he fixed it and the price remained the same. I refused to swipe my card until he showed me each item. The price went from $80 to $40. Slimy people work here.

Very bad service, I don't know why but every time I go to buy something like cooking gas they have the key lost and the last time I went to buy a pizza and they told me no because they were half an hour away from closing, I told them a pizza It cooked in 5 minutes and he told me he couldn't just, bad, very bad attitude towards work

Feb 16th 1.amI went there to buy me a vape. The vape did not work. I asked for management. I had to call his name for him to respond to me. The cashier she was with very polite. It was the security officer from hell is what blew me. The Armed security officer there was rude to me and told me to get out the store before I could get any resolution to the product that I bought. Mind you he was following me around and Staring at me before the incident happened to me. That The management Jose Refuse to help me at all and he was very rude to me without any apologies for the product not working or did anything to tell me how the Situation could be resolved. The management appeared to be high off drugs. And the armed security officer there was disgusting and very rude and aggressive ! He shouldn't be a security officer there carrying a gun. He doesn't need to be working in this area. There's a lot of homeless people and there's a lot of drug abuses that walks around that area and around that store. He is a very dangerous person to be working their As a arm security officer. I am a security office myself so i know how you suppose to treat customers and his Whole attitude and demeanor is very dangerous and disgusting job. He did not desescalate the situation. He made it worse The armed security officer approached me and was less than 2 feet away from me and became very angry. Telling me the lead the store because I was recording jose because he refused to give me his last name Make a complaint 711 eleven about his customer service. The security officer provoked the situation.By telling me to not record him and I wasn't recording him or even talking to him first. They'll security officer approach me and was standing by me so close less then two feet repeatedly telling me to leave the store. I told him I'll leave the store when i'm finished recording what i'm recording. He got become aggressive ,which made me more upset he escalated the situation to the max !! I was so upset I hit the curve of the parking lot backing up, becausehe came bavk outside To arrest me and have more confrontation with me . He came back out after I recorded him and told him to go back in the store, To try to disasculate The situation that he was highly provoking by being argument of and harassing me. Why is he following me outside? When he repeatedly told me to leave and I finally lee leave and he's five on me outside, Trying to upset me even more argue with me. When he told me to leave the stor,now I'm in my ca he comes back out of the store And begins to insult me and argue with me. It was so obvious that he was a amateur man holding a gun. It was so obvious that he's a confrontational man not a piece of maker. It began to be so obvious that he wants to start a confrontation with me.I let him know. He wasn't supposed to be Arguing with me, As a peacemaker officer which is a security guard. He was supposed to have customer service. He went back in the store when he realized I knew the law and I knew how a security officer was supposed to conduct themselves. I kept recording him, I couldn't believe what was going on and how he was conducting himself as a security officer of because i've been in this field of security officer for over twenty years As soon as he thought that I wasn't recording because I got in my car. I was so upset. I hit the curve of the parking lot.And when he saw that my recording was done he starts yelling and screaming at me laughing at me,telling me I need to learn how to drive as i drove off. Tomorrow I will find out what security company he works for and his name. I will make a complaint to his company, he shouldn't be an arm security officer working that site. I've been going to that 711 for years now. About 3 years never had a problem there,that was the worst experience I've ever experienced before in my life going there. Let both of their bosses know whay both of them put me through. i have video evidence.

I've been coming to this 7/11 for about a year now..(bought 2 houses literally down the street), honestly I've never made a review or anything about a gas station; the CUSTOMER SERVICE has ALWAYS been on point, It wasn't that serious to me...but TONIGHT Dec 24 Xmas Eve...I have NEVER felt so disrespected n my life. I went in...it was TWO other customers there but it wasn't a regular situation..they both had pizzas in their hand. Not sure where they got them from...but they were going back and forth with the cashier. So I'm like "I just need 10 on 1"(literally topping my tank off)....,cashier guy calls 4 another coworker...a black skinny man comes up and I say...I just want 10 on 1...not rude or anything...I GET ASKED 2 LEAVE BY HIM AND SECURITY!!! WHAT TF DID I DO??????

I don’t come to this location often. Often enough to see the same 3 people working. These people are 100% on drugs. Sad that this is real life. Do t support these stores that allow this behavior. I keep seeing it more. This isn’t LA :(

I just want to the store due to the stroke I couldn't open the door because the good I had a soda in .I was going back to the store because the store I got from the fountain tasted like diet coke instead of regular coke I'm asking the cashier to please open the door he said to me just open the door i lift my good hand to show that hand was full and the hand didn't not work had it not been for a customer to come out the door I would have still asking him to open the doorit was the cashier who was either Hispanic or Caucasian his only comment to me was my badi have been going to this store for close to 5 years with no problems I break down and cried because I received had the stroke and I'm still trying to figure out how to do things with only one hand the time on this incident was between 4:05 and 4:15 pm this afternoon this happened to my mom lawanta Crawford
