This is not a 24 hour 711. Please update your website to reflect that the store closes because it’s in a neighborhood Where 711 is scared to have 24 hour service

Why do you have your hours listed as open 24 hours and your not open just so you are aware your employees are in the store past midnight with the doors locked not answering and mouthing that yall are closed so your just paying an employee to sit in the store past midnight snd do absolutely nothing not serve customers or anything that’s crazy to waste money like that

Everytime I come here there's a issue. Today I went in for 2 cups of iced coffee total was 4.92 im paying with ebt I inform the cashier it's iced coffee so ebt would have covered. He goes on calling me person to tell me it's not in the right coffee cup. My husband goes to get the cup now magically my total is doubled to 9.18. I ask for the manager per the normal she takes her slow time getting to the register to scan the same cups he said was the wrong cup total 4.92. His argument was the $9 total came from my complete purchase mind u everything else i had already came off my card. So I ask the manager is this how they do business she rolls her eyes and just stand there. As a manager her job is to correct the workers when their wrong and fix the issue she never does. My card was still charged for a drink I didnt even leave the store with, that I was told ebt wouldn't cover. Isn't that theft? I will be contacting corporate because ain't no way. I hate that this is my neighborhood store. I come here to get things I need and everytime it's a issue.

Every time I come here no matter the time, the coffee machines are always down. Then I come in today and ask if there's milk in the machine because the coffee isn't dispensing right. The manager tells me hold on its going to take a min. 10 mins go by and she hasn't even moved towards the coffee area. So I asked another worker can she change it out because she's standing there doing nothing the old manager lady tells her no I can wait until she's done restocking and labeling hot food. Yall need to get it together. In the 10 mins I waited for her she could have changed that milk out 3 or 4 times over. To make people wait 10-20 mins for you to refill the coffee area is crazy

Open 24 hours confirmed by store? It's 2025 and the only store listed as 24 hours is 7 11 so here I am walking to the local convenience store past the homeless at 330am because aunt Flo and lo and be hold the employees inside look at me and shake their head and mouth closed!
Why suggest it's okay to come out at any hour if you are actually closed!

Went there got 15 dollars in gas Gave guy a 100 he gave me a twenty an rest in fives. He was rushing me out the store. Why cause I dropped a twenty a five an three ones money saved for insulin. Went back asked if anyone turned it in he was acting nervous as he said I GUESS someone found it. Lies he found it
